Abstract
Description
본 발명의 압분자심에 있어서, 이와 같은 형상 특성을 보유하는 분말의 점유율은, 60 내지 75체적%의 범위 내로 규제되어 있다.
Claims (2)
- Fe기 연자성 합금의 분말을 주체로 하고, 또한, 초기 투자율을 (μ0), 인가자계가 24kA/m일 때의 투자율을 μ로 하였을 때, μ0와 μ의 사이에는, μ/μ0 ≥0.5의 관계가 성립되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압분자심.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 애스팩트 비가 1 내지 1.5인 상기 분말: 60 내지 75체적%와, 나머지가 절연 바인더를 주체로 하는 성분으로 이루어지고, 또한, 상기 절연 바인더의 함유량이, 상기 분말 100중량부에 대해서 5 내지 20중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분자심.
