Abstract
산소투과도가 100cc/㎡ · 일 · atm(23℃ 100%RH) 미만인 가스 방어성을 구비한 재1의 층(1)과 산소투과 계수가 200cc·0.1mm/㎡ ·일 · atm(23℃ 100%RH)이상인 수지나, 이것에 분산되고, 또한 수분의 공급을 받아서 탈산소 반응을 발생시키는 탈산소제 조성물을 함유하는 입상의 탈산소제를 구비하는 동시에 상기 제1의 층(1)에 적충되고, 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층(3)과. 산소투과도가 100cc/㎡ · 일 · attn(23℃, 100%RH) 이상인 동시에, 상기 제2외 층(2)에 적층되고. 또한 통기성을 구비한 제3의 층이(3)을 구비한 다층 구조체를 제공한다. 이 다층 구조체는 이 자체가 산소흡수성능을 가지며, 가열처리등, 특별한 처리를 하는 일 없이, 종래의 발산소제 조성물이 함유된 작은 백과 동일하게 산소를 적극적으로 효율적으로 흡수할 수 있다.

제3도는 본 발명에 관계되는 용기에 피보존물을 수용하고, 이것을 밀봉한 상태를 표시하는 단면도이다,
제4도는 본 발명에 관계되는 다층 구조체로 이루어지는 넓은 입구 보틀의 단면도 이다.
제5도는 본 발명에 관계되는 다층 구조체로 이루어지는 또 다른 넓은 입구 보틀의 단면도이다.
제6도는 본 발명에 관계되는 다층 구조체로 이루어지는 뚜껑을 용기에 덮은 상태를 표시하는 단면도이다,
제7도는 본 발명에 관계되는 다층 구조체로 이루어지는 또 다른 넓은 입구 보틀의 단면도이다.
Claims (29)
- 가스방어성을 구비한 제1의 층과, 상기 제1의 층에 적층되고 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층과, 상기 제2의 층에 적층되고 또한 통기성을 구비한 제3의 층을 구비하고, 상기 제1의 층은 그의 산소투과도가 100cc/㎡ · 일 · atm(23℃ 100%RH) 미만이며, 상기 제2의 층은 산소투과계가 200cc · 0.1 mm/㎡ · 일 · atm(23℃, 100%RH) 이상인 수지와 이것에 분산되고, 또한 수분의 공급을 받아서 탈산소 반응을 발생시키는 탈산소재 조성물을 항유하는 입상의 탈산소재를 구비하고, 상기 제3의 층은 그의 산소 투과도가 100cc/㎡ ·일 · atm(23℃, 100%RH) 이상인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈산소제 조성물의 수분량이 0.2중량% 이하인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1의 층이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌등의 폴리올레핀류, 플리에틸렌테레프탈레이트등의 폴리에스테르, 나일론 6, 나일론 66, MX 나일론등의 폴리아미드, 에틸렌-비닐알콜공줌합체. 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴의 합성수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 1층 이상의 층으로 이루어지고. 제2의 층이 폴리에틸렌. 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리메틸펜텐등의 폴리올레핀류, 및 이것들의 변성물 또는 실리콘수지와의 그라프트중합물, 이오노머, 엘라스토머, 폴러카르보네이트, 폴리우레탄의 열가수성수지 또는 이것들의 혼합 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 충으로 이루어지고제 3의 층이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리메틸펜텐등의 폴리올레핀류, 및 이것들의 변성물 또는 실리콘수지와의 그라프트중합물, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트등의 폴리에스테르, 나일론 6, 나일론 66등의 폴리아미드, 이오노머, 엘라스토머의 합성수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 1층 이상의 층으로 이루어진 다충 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 의 충이 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤공중합체로 이루어지고, 제1의 층 및 제3의 층이 폴리프로필렌이 주가되어 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 의 층에 있어서의 탈산소재 조성물의 배합율이 2중량%∼93중량%인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 의 층의 막두께가 100㎛이하인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈산소제 조성물의 평균입경이 5㎛∼200㎛인 다층 구조체.
- 제 l 항에 있어서, 제 2의 층이 제 3의 층보다 신속하게 연화하는 다층 구조제.
- 제 8 항에 있어서. 제2의 층을 구성하는 수지의 연화온도가 제1의 층 및 제3의 층을 주로 구성하는 수지의 연화 온도 이하인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2의 층이 열가소성 수지에 탈산소재 조성물과 흡습제를 분산시켜 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 탈산소제 조성물이 금소철 밋 할로겐화 금속을 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 흡습제가 알칼리토금속 산화물인 다층 구조체.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 알칼리토금속 산화물은 탈산소제 조성물과 별도 입자로서 열가소성수지에 분산되어 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 제2의 충을 구성하는 수지에 대한 알칼리토금속 조성물의 배합율이 0. 1중량∼5중량% 인 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1의 층이 착색제를 항유하여 이루어지는 다충 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제3의 충이, 제2의 층에 대한 접착성을 갖는 제1의 수지와, 이 제1의 수지와의 상용성이 부족한 제2의 수지와의 혼합물로 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 제2의 층을 구성하는 수지와 제3의 층을 구성하는 제1의 수지 및 제2의 수지가 함께 폴리올레핀이며, 제2의 수지의 산소투과성은 제1의 수지의 산소투과성보다 높고, 또한 제2의 수지는 제2의 총과의 접착성을 저해하지 않는 다층 구조체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 제3의 층이 폴리 4-메틸펜텐-1또는 폴리 4-메틸펜덴-1을 주성분으로 하는 수지를 50중량%이하의 비율로 함유하는 2종 이상외 폴리올레핀의 혼합물로 이루어지는 다충 구조체.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 폴리 4-메틸펜덴-1또는 폴리 4-메틸펜텐-1을 주성분으로 하는 수지를 10중량%∼40중량%의 비율로 함유하는 2종 이상의 폴리올레핀의 혼합물로 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3의 층의 막두깨가 l0㎛∼100㎛인 다층 구조체.
- 가스 방어성을 구비한 제1의 층과, 상기 제1의 층에 적층되고 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층과, 상기 제2의 층에 적층되고 또한 통기성율 구비한 제3의 층을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 층은 금속철 및 할로겐화금속을 함유하는 입상의 탈산소제 조성물을 수지에 분산하여 이루어지고, 이 제2의 층의 연화온도가 상기 제3의 층의 연화온도보다 낮은 다층 구조체.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 층이 폴리 4-메틸펜텐-1 또는 폴리 4-메틸펜텐-1을 주성분으로 하는 수지를 50중량%이하의 비율로 함유하는 2종 이상의 폴리올레핀 혼합물로 이루어지는 다충 구조체.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 제2의 층을 구성하는 수지에 알칼리토금속 산화물을 분산시켜 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 가스 방어성을 구비한 제1의 층고, 상기 제1의 충에 적충되고 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층과, 상기 제2의 층에 적층되고 또한 통기성을 구비한 제3의 층을 구비하고, 상기 제2의 층은 열가소성수지에 수분의 공급을 받아서 탈산소반응을 발생시키는 입상의 탈산소제 조성물 및 알칼리토금속 산화물을 분산시켜 이루어지 는 다층 구조체.
- 가스 방어성을 구비한 제1의 층과, 상기 제1의 층에 적층되고 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층과, 상기 제2의 층에 적층되고 또한 통기성을 구비한 제3의 층을 구비하고, 상기 저2의 층은 수분을 공급받아서 탈산소 반응을 발생시키는 입상의 탈산소제 조성물을 수지에 분산시켜 이루어지고, 상기 제3의 층이 폴리 4-메틸펜텐 -1 또는 폴리 4-메틸펜텐-1을 주성분으로 하는 수지를 50중량%이하의 비율로 함유하는 2종 이상의 폴리올레핀혼합물로 이루어지는 다층 구조체.
- 가스 방어성을 구비한 제1의 재료와, 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 재료와, 통기성율 구비한 제3의 재료를 함께 압출하고, 제1의 재료로 이루어지는 제1의 층, 제2의 재료로 이루어지는 제2의 층 및 제3의 재료로 이루어지는 제3의 층의 순으로 적층된 다충 적충체를 헝성하는 공정을 포함하고, 수지에 수분의 공급을 받아서 탈산 소 반응을 발생시키는 탈산소재 조성물을 함유하는 입상의 탈산소제를 혼련하는 공정으로 상기 재2의 재료가 제조되는 공정을 포항하는 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 다층 적층체의 제1의 층상에 내열성 및 가스 방어성을 구비한 제4의 층을 적층하는 공정을 포함하는 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 제1의 층을 구성하는 수지가 제1의 폴리올레핀이며, 제2의 층이 금속철 입자를 함유하는 탈산소제 조성물이 분산되어 이루어지는 제2의 폴리올레핀으로 이루어지고. 제3의 층을 구성하는 수지가 제3의 폴리올레핀인 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 가스 방어성을 구비한 제1의 층과, 상기 제1의 층에 적층되고 또한 탈산소성을 구비한 제2의 층과, 상기 제2의 층에 적층되고 또한 통기성을 구비한 제3의 층을 구비하고, 상기 제1의 층은 그의 산소투과도가 100cc/㎡ · 일 · atm(23℃ 100%RH 미만이며. 상기 제2의 층은 산소투과계수가 200cc · 0.1mm/㎡ · 일 · atm(23℃, 100%RH) 이상인 수지와 이것에 분산되고, 또한 수분의 공급을 받아서 탈산소 반응을 발생시키는 탈산소재 조성물을 함유하는 입상의 탈산소재를 구비하고, 상기 제3의 층은 피의 산소 투과도가 100cc/㎡ㆍ일ㆍatm(23℃, 100%RH) 이상인 다층 구조체로 이루어지고, 상기 제1의 층이 외측을 구성하고, 또한 상기 제3의 층이 내측을 구성하는 포장체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
