Description
本発明は、包装体内の湿気を吸湿する吸湿性包装体に関する。さらに、本発明は、易剥離性を有する吸湿性包装体に関する。
バイオセンサ、例えば、血糖値測定センサ(グルコースセンサ、酵素電極)等の水分を嫌う製品を包装する包装体では、内部の湿気を除去するために、該製品と共に、シリカゲル等の吸湿剤を充填することが知られている(特許文献1、2)。
しかしながら、このような吸湿剤を充填することにより、包装体表面には凹凸が生じ、破袋し易くなるという問題がある。また、破袋せずとも、水蒸気の浸入を防ぐために包装体を構成する積層フィルム中に設けられるガスバリア層が損なわれるという問題がある。また、吸湿剤を充填することにより凹凸が生じ、包装体が嵩高くなり、梱包する際の充填性が低下し、輸送コストが増加する問題がある。
また、輸送時または保管時に吸湿剤が袋内で潰され、その欠片や粉末が、血糖値測定センサ等の内容物に付着して悪影響を及ぼすという問題がある。
さらに、吸湿剤を充填するための工程が増え、作業効率が低下し、製造コストがかかるという問題がある。

本発明は、上記の問題を解決し、吸湿剤を充填する必要が無く、作業性が良好で且つ高い吸湿効果を発揮する包装体を提供することを目的とする。

本発明者らは、種々検討の結果、少なくともガスバリア層とヒートシール層とを有するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚を、該ヒートシール層面を重ね合せて周縁部をヒートシールして得られる包装体であって、該ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、吸湿性ヒートシール層である吸湿性包装体が、上記の目的を達成することを見出した。
さらに、前記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、易剥離性ヒートシール層である吸湿性包装体が、上記の目的を達成することを見出した。
さらに、前記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、易剥離性ヒートシール層である吸湿性包装体が、上記の目的を達成することを見出した。
そして、本発明は、以下の点を特徴とする。
(1)少なくともガスバリア層とヒートシール層とを有するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚を、該ヒートシール層面を重ね合せて周縁部をヒートシールして得られる包装体であって、該ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、吸湿性ヒートシール層である吸湿性包装体。
(2)前記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、易剥離性ヒートシール層である、上記(1)に記載の吸湿性包装体。
(3)前記吸湿性ヒートシール層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなる、上記(1)または上記(2)に記載の吸湿性包装体。
(4)前記吸湿剤が、化学吸湿剤である、上記(3)に記載の吸湿性包装体。

本発明の吸湿性包装体は、包装体の最内層が吸湿性を示す。したがって、包装体内部の湿気を効率よく速やかに吸湿でき、吸湿剤を充填せずとも、湿気による製品の劣化を防ぐことができる。
また、吸湿剤を充填しないため、輸送中や保管中に破袋しにくく、ガスバリア層が損なわれることもなく、長期にわたって、内容物を安定して保存することができる。

さらに、本発明の包装体を構成する2枚の積層フィルムのうち、一方を易剥離性積層フィルムとすることにより、十分な密封性及び吸湿性を示しながら、同時に好適な易剥離性を発揮することができる。
したがって、本発明の吸湿性、及び易剥離性を示す包装体は、糖尿病患者がインスリンの投与を行う際などに、自己採血により血糖値をモニターするために使用される使い捨て型の酵素電極である血糖値測定センサの包装に、特に適している。
本発明について、以下に更に詳しく説明する。
<本発明の吸湿性包装体の層構成>
図1は、本発明の吸湿性で易剥離性を有する包装体の層構成について、その一例を示す概略的断面図である。図1に示されるように、本発明の包装体は、ガスバリア層1と吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する吸湿性積層フィルムAと、易剥離性ヒートシール層3とガスバリア層4とを有する易剥離性積層フィルムBとを、該吸湿性ヒートシール層2の面と該易剥離性ヒートシール層3の面とを対向させて重ね合せ、周縁部をヒートシールして得られるものである。
<本発明の吸湿性包装体の層構成>
図1は、本発明の吸湿性で易剥離性を有する包装体の層構成について、その一例を示す概略的断面図である。図1に示されるように、本発明の包装体は、ガスバリア層1と吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する吸湿性積層フィルムAと、易剥離性ヒートシール層3とガスバリア層4とを有する易剥離性積層フィルムBとを、該吸湿性ヒートシール層2の面と該易剥離性ヒートシール層3の面とを対向させて重ね合せ、周縁部をヒートシールして得られるものである。
ここで、吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、吸湿性及びヒートシール性を示す層であって、単層構成または多層構成であってもよい。
単層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層は、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなる層である。
単層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層は、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなる層である。
多層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層は、少なくとも、吸湿剤及びバインダー樹脂を含有する樹脂組成物からなる層と、ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層とを有する。ここで、該バインダー樹脂は、ヒートシール性樹脂であってよく、また、該ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層は、吸湿剤を含んでいてもよい。
例えば、吸湿性ヒートシール層が2層構成である場合、2層のうちの1層、例えば、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなり、もう一方のガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂からなってもよい。
ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が吸湿剤を含有しないことにより、層間の接着強度を高めることができる。また逆に、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂からなり、ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなってもよい。この構成により、包装体のシール強度を向上させることができる。
ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が吸湿剤を含有しないことにより、層間の接着強度を高めることができる。また逆に、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂からなり、ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなってもよい。この構成により、包装体のシール強度を向上させることができる。
また別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層は、図2に示されるように、3層構成であってもよい。この場合、例えば、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂層2a/吸湿剤及びバインダー樹脂を含有する樹脂組成物からなる中間層2b/吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂層2cの3層構成とすることにより、シール強度及び層間接着強度を向上させることができる。
また、図3は、本発明の吸湿性包装体の層構成について、他の一例を示す概略的断面図である。図3に示されるように、本発明の包装体は、ガスバリア層1、4とヒートシール層2とを有するガスバリア性積層フィルムC、Dの2枚を、該ヒートシール層2の面同士を対向させて重ね合せ、周縁部をヒートシールして得られるものである。ここで、該ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚Cは、そのヒートシール層2が、吸湿性を示す吸湿性ヒートシール層である。吸湿性または非吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、単層構成または多層構成であってよい。
また、図3は、本発明の吸湿性包装体の層構成について、他の一例を示す概略的断面図である。図3に示されるように、本発明の包装体は、ガスバリア層1、4とヒートシール層2とを有するガスバリア性積層フィルムC、Dの2枚を、該ヒートシール層2の面同士を対向させて重ね合せ、周縁部をヒートシールして得られるものである。ここで、該ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚Cは、そのヒートシール層2が、吸湿性を示す吸湿性ヒートシール層である。吸湿性または非吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、単層構成または多層構成であってよい。
吸湿性ヒートシール層2が単層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなる層である。
吸湿性を示すヒートシール層2が多層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、少なくとも、吸湿剤及びバインダー樹脂を含有する樹脂組成物からなる層と、ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層とを有する。ここで、該バインダー樹脂は、ヒートシール性樹脂であってよく、また、該ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層は、吸湿剤を含んでいてもよい。
吸湿性を示すヒートシール層2が多層構成である場合、該吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、少なくとも、吸湿剤及びバインダー樹脂を含有する樹脂組成物からなる層と、ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層とを有する。ここで、該バインダー樹脂は、ヒートシール性樹脂であってよく、また、該ヒートシール性樹脂からなる層は、吸湿剤を含んでいてもよい。
例えば、吸湿性ヒートシール層2が2層構成である場合、2層のうちの1層、例えば、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなり、もう一方のガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂から為ってもよい。
ガスバリア層と対抗する側の層が吸湿剤を含有しないことにより、層間の接着強度を高めることができる。また逆に、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂からなり、ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなってもよい。この構成により、包装体のシール強度を向上させることができる。
ガスバリア層と対抗する側の層が吸湿剤を含有しないことにより、層間の接着強度を高めることができる。また逆に、包装体の最内層となる側の層が、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂からなり、ガスバリア層と対向する側の層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなってもよい。この構成により、包装体のシール強度を向上させることができる。
また別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層2は、図4に示されるように、3層構成であってもよい。この場合、例えば、吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂層2a/吸湿剤及びバインダー樹脂を含有する樹脂組成物からなる中間層2b/吸湿剤を含有しないヒートシール性樹脂層2cの3層構成とすることにより、シール強度及び層間接着強度を向上させることができるため、好ましい。
<ガスバリア層>
本発明において、ガスバリア性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層は、特に限定されず、公知又は市販の酸素ガスまたは水蒸気に対するバリア性を有するガスバリア性フィルムからなる。
本発明において、ガスバリア性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層は、特に限定されず、公知又は市販の酸素ガスまたは水蒸気に対するバリア性を有するガスバリア性フィルムからなる。
本発明において好適に用いられるガスバリア性フィルムとして、具体的には、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体等の樹脂からなる樹脂フィルムを挙げることができる。
また、任意の基材フィルム、例えば、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、環状ポリオレフィン系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(AS樹脂)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体(ABS樹脂)、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂、ポリ(メタ)アクリル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、PET、ポリエチレンナフタレート等のポリエステル系樹脂、各種のナイロン等のポリアミド系樹脂、ポリイミド系樹脂、ポリアミドイミド系樹脂、ポリアリールフタレート系樹脂、シリコーン系樹脂、ポリスルホン系樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド系樹脂、ポリエーテルスルホン系樹脂、ポリウレタン系樹脂、アセタール系樹脂、セルロース系樹脂等の各種の樹脂からなるフィルムの少なくともいずれか一方の面上にシリカ蒸着膜やアルミナ蒸着膜等の蒸着膜を設けた蒸着フィルムを挙げることもできる。
さらに、上記基材フィルム上にアルミニウム箔等の金属箔をラミネートした積層フィルムを使用することもできるが、これらに限定されない。
上記フィルムの中でも、シリカ蒸着フィルム、アルミナ蒸着フィルム、アルミニウム箔をラミネートした積層フィルム等を使用することが、ガスバリア性に優れている点から好ましい。また、特にアルミニウム箔を使用することによって遮光性を付与することができ、これにより、光照射により劣化し易い製品の包装体としても、好適に用いることができる。
また、好ましい態様の一つとして、本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚が、視認性を有するものがある。
より好ましくは、包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうち、1枚が、非透明性ガスバリア層1と吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する非透明性吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムCであり、もう1枚が、透明性ガスバリア層4と非吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する透明性非吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムDである。
この構成により、開封前に、包装体の外から内部の状態や内容物の向きを確認することが好ましい製品の包装体、例えば、血糖値測定センサの包装体として、特に好適に用いることができる。
透明性ガスバリア層としては、例えば、シリカ蒸着フィルムを用いることが好ましく、例えば、IB-PET-RB(大日本印刷(株)製)を好適に用いることができる。
上記フィルムの中でも、シリカ蒸着フィルム、アルミナ蒸着フィルム、アルミニウム箔をラミネートした積層フィルム等を使用することが、ガスバリア性に優れている点から好ましい。また、特にアルミニウム箔を使用することによって遮光性を付与することができ、これにより、光照射により劣化し易い製品の包装体としても、好適に用いることができる。
また、好ましい態様の一つとして、本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚が、視認性を有するものがある。
より好ましくは、包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうち、1枚が、非透明性ガスバリア層1と吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する非透明性吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムCであり、もう1枚が、透明性ガスバリア層4と非吸湿性ヒートシール層2とを有する透明性非吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムDである。
この構成により、開封前に、包装体の外から内部の状態や内容物の向きを確認することが好ましい製品の包装体、例えば、血糖値測定センサの包装体として、特に好適に用いることができる。
透明性ガスバリア層としては、例えば、シリカ蒸着フィルムを用いることが好ましく、例えば、IB-PET-RB(大日本印刷(株)製)を好適に用いることができる。
またさらに、上記蒸着膜上に、以下で説明するようなガスバリア性塗布膜を設けてもよい。これにより、一層優れたガスバリア性が得られる。
本発明において、ガスバリア性塗布膜とは、アルコキシドと水溶性高分子とを、ゾルゲル法触媒、酸、水及び有機溶剤の存在下で、ゾルゲル法によって加水分解及び、重縮合して得られるガスバリア性組成物を塗布し乾燥させてなる膜である。ガスバリア性組成物は、場合により、さらにシランカップリング剤を含有してもよい。
本発明において、ガスバリア性塗布膜とは、アルコキシドと水溶性高分子とを、ゾルゲル法触媒、酸、水及び有機溶剤の存在下で、ゾルゲル法によって加水分解及び、重縮合して得られるガスバリア性組成物を塗布し乾燥させてなる膜である。ガスバリア性組成物は、場合により、さらにシランカップリング剤を含有してもよい。
該ガスバリア性組成物において用いることができるアルコキシドとしては、一般式R1
nM(OR2)m(ただし、式中、R1、R2は、炭素数1~8の有機基を表し、Mは、金属原子を表し、nは、0以上の整数を表し、mは、1以上の整数を表し、n+mは、Mの原子価を表す。)で表される少なくとも1種以上のアルコキシドを好ましく用いることができる。ここで、金属原子Mとして、珪素、ジルコニウム、チタン、アルミニウムその他を使用することができる。また、R1及びR2で表される有機基の具体例としては、例えば、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、i-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、i-ブチル基等のアルキル基を挙げることができる。同一分子中において、これらのアルキル基は同一であっても、異なってもよい。このようなアルコキシドとしては、例えば、テトラメトキシシラン Si(OCH3)4、テトラエトキシシラン Si(OC2H5)4、テトラプロポキシシラン Si(OC3H7)4、テトラブトキシシラン Si(OC4H9)4等が挙げられる。
また、ガスバリア性組成物において用いることができる水溶性高分子としては、ポリビニルアルコール系樹脂若しくはエチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体のいずれか又はその両方を好ましく用いることができる。
上記ゾルゲル法触媒としては、水に実質的に不溶であり、且つ有機溶媒に可溶な第3級アミン、特にN,N-ジメチルベンジルアミンとすることができる。ガスバリア性組成物において用いられる酸としては、例えば、硫酸、塩酸、硝酸等の鉱酸、並びに酢酸、酒石酸等の有機酸等を使用することができる。更に、有機溶媒としては、例えば、メチルアルコール、エチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、n-プロピルアルコール等を用いることができる。
ガスバリア性組成物中の水溶性高分子の含有量は、上記のアルコキシドの合計量100質量部に対して5~500質量部の範囲であることが好ましい。上記において、500質量部を越えると、形成されるガスバリア性塗布膜の脆性が大きくなり、その耐侯性等も低下することから好ましくない。
上記のガスバリア性組成物を、蒸着膜の上に塗布し、加熱して溶媒及び重縮合反応により生成したアルコールを除去すると、重縮合反応が完結し、透明なガスバリア性塗布膜が形成される。ここで、加水分解によって生じた水酸基や、シランカップリング剤由来のシラノール基が蒸着膜の表面の水酸基と結合する為、該蒸着膜とガスバリア性塗布膜との密接着性等が良好なものとなる。
ガスバリア性塗布膜は、1層または2層以上を重層した複合ポリマー層であってよい。また、その厚さは、乾燥膜厚が0.01~30μm、好ましくは0.1~10μmであってよい。
<ヒートシール層>
本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの1枚は、そのヒートシール層が、吸湿性を示す吸湿性ヒートシール層であり、もう1枚のヒートシール層は、吸湿性を示してもよいし、または非吸湿性であってもよい。
血糖値測定センサ用包装体のように、包装体の外から内部の状態や内容物の向きを確認することが好ましい製品の包装体に適用する場合は、もう1枚のヒートシール層は、非吸湿性であって、高い透明性を示すことが好ましい。
本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの1枚は、そのヒートシール層が、吸湿性を示す吸湿性ヒートシール層であり、もう1枚のヒートシール層は、吸湿性を示してもよいし、または非吸湿性であってもよい。
血糖値測定センサ用包装体のように、包装体の外から内部の状態や内容物の向きを確認することが好ましい製品の包装体に適用する場合は、もう1枚のヒートシール層は、非吸湿性であって、高い透明性を示すことが好ましい。
<吸湿性ヒートシール層>
本発明において、吸湿性ヒートシール層に含まれる吸湿剤としては、特に限定されず、絶乾効果または調湿効果を有する公知又は市販の材料を使用することができる。なお、絶乾効果とは、相対湿度が0%付近まで吸湿する効果を示し、調湿効果とは、湿度が高い時には吸湿し、湿度が低い時には放湿して、湿度を一定にする効果を指す。
本発明において、吸湿性ヒートシール層に含まれる吸湿剤としては、特に限定されず、絶乾効果または調湿効果を有する公知又は市販の材料を使用することができる。なお、絶乾効果とは、相対湿度が0%付近まで吸湿する効果を示し、調湿効果とは、湿度が高い時には吸湿し、湿度が低い時には放湿して、湿度を一定にする効果を指す。
本発明において、吸湿剤として好適に用いられるものは、例えば、シリカゲル、アルミナゲル、シリカアルミナゲル、無水硫酸マグネシウム、ゼオライト、合成ゼオライト、酸化カルシウム、塩化カルシウム、及び、焼ミョウバン、又はこれらの混合物等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
血糖値測定センサ用の包装体として用いる場合は、一度吸湿した水分の再放出が防がれる点、包装体内の低湿度状態の経時安定性等から、特に、酸化カルシウム、硫酸マグネシウムなどの絶乾効果を有する化学吸湿剤が好ましい。そして、絶乾効果を有する化学吸湿剤を用いることにより、表1や表2に示したとおり、例えば7日経過後においてもパウチ袋内の湿度は低い値を維持することができる。
また、上記化学吸湿剤を用いることにより、物理吸湿剤を用いるよりも添加量を低減することが可能であり、場合によっては吸湿性ヒートシール層を単層構成とすることも可能となる。
血糖値測定センサ用の包装体として用いる場合は、一度吸湿した水分の再放出が防がれる点、包装体内の低湿度状態の経時安定性等から、特に、酸化カルシウム、硫酸マグネシウムなどの絶乾効果を有する化学吸湿剤が好ましい。そして、絶乾効果を有する化学吸湿剤を用いることにより、表1や表2に示したとおり、例えば7日経過後においてもパウチ袋内の湿度は低い値を維持することができる。
また、上記化学吸湿剤を用いることにより、物理吸湿剤を用いるよりも添加量を低減することが可能であり、場合によっては吸湿性ヒートシール層を単層構成とすることも可能となる。
本発明において、吸湿剤と混合するバインダー樹脂としては、吸湿剤を安定的に保持することができるものであれば特に限定されず、任意の樹脂を用いることができる。特に、ヒートシール性樹脂を好ましく使用することができる。
ヒートシール性樹脂としては、特に制限されず、公知又は市販のヒートシール性を有するポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いることができる。
ヒートシール性樹脂としては、特に制限されず、公知又は市販のヒートシール性を有するポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いることができる。
このようなポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状(線状)低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)等のポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メチルメタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、メチルペンテンポリマー、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂、及びこれらの樹脂の混合物等が挙げられるが、これらの樹脂に限定されない。また、酸化防止剤やアンチブロック剤等の何れかが添加剤として、少量存在するものも適用できる。
特に、吸湿剤を含有する状態で優れたヒートシール性及び吸湿性を発揮するため、低密度ポリエチレン、LLDPE、ポリプロピレン等を用いることが好ましい。
吸湿性ヒートシール層への吸湿剤の添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層中における吸湿剤が添加された層の全質量、すなわち、吸湿剤添加層の全質量に対して1質量%以上であれば吸湿効果を示すことが可能であるが、良好な吸湿効果を得るためには、好ましくは3質量%以上である。一方、良好な製膜性を得るためには、吸湿剤の添加量は55質量%未満であることが必要である。
吸湿剤の添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層の吸湿剤添加層の全質量に対して、1質量%~50質量%、好ましくは3質量%~50質量%、さらに好ましくは15質量%~50質量%である。
また、別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層は、ナイロンやエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体等の吸湿性樹脂からなる層であってもよい。さらに、このような吸湿性樹脂中に、さらに吸湿剤を添加してもよく、その添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層の全質量に対して、1質量%~50質量%、好ましくは3質量%~50質量%、さらに好ましくは15質量%~50質量%である。
上記吸湿性ヒートシール層の厚さとしては、5μm以上あれば製膜は可能であるが、良好な製膜性及び吸湿性を得るためには、好ましくは10~200μmが望ましい。
特に、吸湿剤を含有する状態で優れたヒートシール性及び吸湿性を発揮するため、低密度ポリエチレン、LLDPE、ポリプロピレン等を用いることが好ましい。
吸湿性ヒートシール層への吸湿剤の添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層中における吸湿剤が添加された層の全質量、すなわち、吸湿剤添加層の全質量に対して1質量%以上であれば吸湿効果を示すことが可能であるが、良好な吸湿効果を得るためには、好ましくは3質量%以上である。一方、良好な製膜性を得るためには、吸湿剤の添加量は55質量%未満であることが必要である。
吸湿剤の添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層の吸湿剤添加層の全質量に対して、1質量%~50質量%、好ましくは3質量%~50質量%、さらに好ましくは15質量%~50質量%である。
また、別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層は、ナイロンやエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体等の吸湿性樹脂からなる層であってもよい。さらに、このような吸湿性樹脂中に、さらに吸湿剤を添加してもよく、その添加量は、吸湿性ヒートシール層の全質量に対して、1質量%~50質量%、好ましくは3質量%~50質量%、さらに好ましくは15質量%~50質量%である。
上記吸湿性ヒートシール層の厚さとしては、5μm以上あれば製膜は可能であるが、良好な製膜性及び吸湿性を得るためには、好ましくは10~200μmが望ましい。
本発明の一態様において、吸着性ヒートシール層は、吸湿剤をヒートシール性樹脂中に混練してなる樹脂組成物からなる単層構造である。
また別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層は、2またはそれ以上の層を有する多層構成であり、ここで、各層は、吸湿剤の添加量がそれぞれ異なる樹脂組成物からなってよい。この構成において、吸湿剤を含有せず、ヒートシール性樹脂のみからなる層があってもよい。
吸湿剤は、層中に均一に分散してもよい。また、例えば、最内層側の表面からガスバリア層との対向面に向かって、増加傾向の濃度勾配をもって分散していてもよく、この構成により、ヒートシール性が向上する。これとは逆に、最内層側の表面からガスバリア層との対向面に向かって、減少傾向の濃度勾配をもって分散していてもよく、この構成により、層間接着強度が向上する。
例えば、LDPE層/吸湿性ヒートシール層(1)/吸湿性ヒートシール層(2)からなる吸湿性包装袋においては、吸湿剤の添加量を、吸湿性ヒートシール層(1)の方が吸湿性ヒートシール層(2)より大きくすることも、或いは、その逆に小さくすることも、用途に応じて適宜選択することができる。
また別の態様において、吸湿性ヒートシール層は、2またはそれ以上の層を有する多層構成であり、ここで、各層は、吸湿剤の添加量がそれぞれ異なる樹脂組成物からなってよい。この構成において、吸湿剤を含有せず、ヒートシール性樹脂のみからなる層があってもよい。
吸湿剤は、層中に均一に分散してもよい。また、例えば、最内層側の表面からガスバリア層との対向面に向かって、増加傾向の濃度勾配をもって分散していてもよく、この構成により、ヒートシール性が向上する。これとは逆に、最内層側の表面からガスバリア層との対向面に向かって、減少傾向の濃度勾配をもって分散していてもよく、この構成により、層間接着強度が向上する。
例えば、LDPE層/吸湿性ヒートシール層(1)/吸湿性ヒートシール層(2)からなる吸湿性包装袋においては、吸湿剤の添加量を、吸湿性ヒートシール層(1)の方が吸湿性ヒートシール層(2)より大きくすることも、或いは、その逆に小さくすることも、用途に応じて適宜選択することができる。
吸湿剤をヒートシール性樹脂またはバインダー樹脂中に混練する方法としては、公知または慣用の混練方法を適用することができる。例えば、ヒートシール性樹脂またはバインダー樹脂中に吸湿剤を分散させてペレット状のマスターバッチを作製し、これを、再度ヒートシール性樹脂またはバインダー樹脂中に分散させる、いわゆるマスターバッチ式のブレンド方法により、凝集し易い吸湿剤であっても、均質に分散させることができる。
<非吸湿性ヒートシール層>
本発明において、包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの1枚のヒートシール層が、吸湿性を示さない非吸湿性ヒートシール層である場合、この層を構成する樹脂は、ヒートシール性を有するものであれば特に制限されず、公知又は市販のヒートシール性を有するポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いることができる。
例えば、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状(線状)低密度ポリエチレン等のポリエチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-オクテン、ポリプロピレン、プロピレンエラストマー、 エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メチルメタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、メチルペンテンポリマー、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂等、を使用できるが、これらの樹脂に限定されない。
本発明において、包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの1枚のヒートシール層が、吸湿性を示さない非吸湿性ヒートシール層である場合、この層を構成する樹脂は、ヒートシール性を有するものであれば特に制限されず、公知又は市販のヒートシール性を有するポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いることができる。
例えば、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状(線状)低密度ポリエチレン等のポリエチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-オクテン、ポリプロピレン、プロピレンエラストマー、 エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-メチルメタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、メチルペンテンポリマー、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂等、を使用できるが、これらの樹脂に限定されない。
<積層フィルム>
上記ガスバリア層を構成するガスバリア性フィルム上に、上記ヒートシール層を積層することにより、本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルムが得られる。
本発明において、この積層方法は、特に限定されないが、ヒートシール層を形成する樹脂または樹脂組成物を、場合により接着層を介して、ガスバリア性フィルム上にエクストルージョンコーティングすることにより積層することができる。
エクストルージョンコーティングにおいては、まず、上記樹脂または樹脂組成物を加熱し溶融させて、Tダイスで必要な幅方向に拡大伸張させてカーテン状に押出し、該溶融樹脂をガスバリア性フィルム上へ流下させて、ゴムロールと冷却した金属ロールとで挟持することで、ヒートシール層の形成とガスバリア性フィルムへの接着と積層を同時に行う。
上記ガスバリア層を構成するガスバリア性フィルム上に、上記ヒートシール層を積層することにより、本発明の包装体を構成するガスバリア性積層フィルムが得られる。
本発明において、この積層方法は、特に限定されないが、ヒートシール層を形成する樹脂または樹脂組成物を、場合により接着層を介して、ガスバリア性フィルム上にエクストルージョンコーティングすることにより積層することができる。
エクストルージョンコーティングにおいては、まず、上記樹脂または樹脂組成物を加熱し溶融させて、Tダイスで必要な幅方向に拡大伸張させてカーテン状に押出し、該溶融樹脂をガスバリア性フィルム上へ流下させて、ゴムロールと冷却した金属ロールとで挟持することで、ヒートシール層の形成とガスバリア性フィルムへの接着と積層を同時に行う。
上記接着層は、任意のアンカーコート剤からなってよく、例えば、有機チタン系、イソシアネート系、ポリエチレンイミン系、酸変性ポリエチレン系、ポリブタジエン系等のアンカーコート剤を使用することができる。
また、上記樹脂または樹脂組成物からなるフィルムを製膜し、これを、ドライラミネーション、ノンソルベントラミネーション、サンドラミネーション等により、接着層を介してガスバリア性フィルムとラミネートしてもよい。
ここで、フィルムの製膜法としては、公知または慣用の製膜方法を適用することができるが、例えば、製膜方法としてインフレーション法を用いる場合、ヒートシール層を形成するヒートシール性樹脂またはバインダー樹脂のメルトフローレート(MFR)は、0.2~5.0g/10minであることが好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~4.0g/10minである。MFRが0.2g/10min未満、又は5.0g/10min以上では加工適正の面で有効ではない。
なお、本明細書において、MFRとはJIS K7210に準拠した手法から測定された値である。
ここで、フィルムの製膜法としては、公知または慣用の製膜方法を適用することができるが、例えば、製膜方法としてインフレーション法を用いる場合、ヒートシール層を形成するヒートシール性樹脂またはバインダー樹脂のメルトフローレート(MFR)は、0.2~5.0g/10minであることが好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~4.0g/10minである。MFRが0.2g/10min未満、又は5.0g/10min以上では加工適正の面で有効ではない。
なお、本明細書において、MFRとはJIS K7210に準拠した手法から測定された値である。
本発明の一態様において、上記接着層は、ドライラミネート用接着剤、ノンソルベントラミネート用接着剤等からなる層であってよい。
接着層としてドライラミネート用接着剤を用いる場合は、溶媒へ分散または溶解した接着剤を一方のフィルム上に塗布し乾燥させて、もう一方のフィルムを重ねて積層した後に、30~120℃で数時間~数日間エージングすることで、接着剤を硬化させて積層する。
接着層としてドライラミネート用接着剤を用いる場合は、溶媒へ分散または溶解した接着剤を一方のフィルム上に塗布し乾燥させて、もう一方のフィルムを重ねて積層した後に、30~120℃で数時間~数日間エージングすることで、接着剤を硬化させて積層する。
ノンソルベントラミネート用接着剤を用いる場合は、溶媒へ分散または溶解せずに接着剤自身をフィルム上に塗布し乾燥させて、もう一方のフィルムを重ねて積層した後に、30~120℃で数時間~数日間エージングすることで、接着剤を硬化させて積層する。
これらの接着剤は、熱硬化型、紫外線硬化型、電子線硬化型等であってよい。
このような接着剤としては、ポリ酢酸ビニルや酢酸ビニル-エチレン共重合体等のポリ酢酸ビニル系接着剤、ポリアクリル酸とポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリ酢酸ビニル等との共重合体からなるポリアクリル酸系接着剤、シアノアクリレート系接着剤、エチレンと酢酸ビニル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸等のモノマーとの共重合体からなるエチレン共重合体系接着剤、セルロース系接着剤、ポリウレタン系接着剤、ポリエステル系接着剤、ポリアミド系接着剤、ポリイミド系接着剤、ポリオレフィン系接着剤、尿素樹脂又はメラミン樹脂等からなるアミノ樹脂系接着剤、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、エポキシ系接着剤、反応型(メタ)アクリル系接着剤、クロロプレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム等からなるエラストマー系接着剤、シリコーン系接着剤、アルカリ金属シリケート、低融点ガラス等からなる無機系接着剤等が挙げられる。
このような接着剤としては、ポリ酢酸ビニルや酢酸ビニル-エチレン共重合体等のポリ酢酸ビニル系接着剤、ポリアクリル酸とポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリ酢酸ビニル等との共重合体からなるポリアクリル酸系接着剤、シアノアクリレート系接着剤、エチレンと酢酸ビニル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸等のモノマーとの共重合体からなるエチレン共重合体系接着剤、セルロース系接着剤、ポリウレタン系接着剤、ポリエステル系接着剤、ポリアミド系接着剤、ポリイミド系接着剤、ポリオレフィン系接着剤、尿素樹脂又はメラミン樹脂等からなるアミノ樹脂系接着剤、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、エポキシ系接着剤、反応型(メタ)アクリル系接着剤、クロロプレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム等からなるエラストマー系接着剤、シリコーン系接着剤、アルカリ金属シリケート、低融点ガラス等からなる無機系接着剤等が挙げられる。
上記接着剤は、水性型、溶液型、エマルジョン型、分散型等のいずれの形態でもよく、また、その性状は、フィルム/シート状、粉末状、固形状等のいずれの形態でもよく、更に、接着機構については、化学反応型、溶剤揮発型、熱溶融型、熱圧型等のいずれの形態でもよい。
接着層は、上記接着剤を、例えば、ロールコート、グラビアロールコート、キスコート等で施すことにより形成され、そのコーティング量としては、0.1~10g/m2(乾燥状態)位が望ましい。接着剤のコーティング量を上記範囲とすることで、良好な接着性が得られる。
本発明の別の態様において、ガスバリア性フィルムと吸湿性ヒートシール層を形成するフィルムとは、サンドラミネーションにより積層してもよい。この場合、接着層は、加熱溶融させて押出機で適用可能な任意の樹脂を用いることができる。具体的には、上記のヒートシール性樹脂として挙げた樹脂を好ましく使用できる。
また、本発明において、吸湿性積層フィルムは、ガスバリア層及び吸湿性ヒートシール層以外に、さらなる層を有していてもよい。
また、本発明において、吸湿性積層フィルムは、ガスバリア層及び吸湿性ヒートシール層以外に、さらなる層を有していてもよい。
<易剥離性ヒートシール層>
本発明において、易剥離性ヒートシール層は、対向する吸湿性または非吸湿性のヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂に対して、相溶性のヒートシール性樹脂と非相溶性のヒートシール性樹脂とを含む樹脂組成物からなる。このような樹脂組成物からなる層は、成分比率の高い方の樹脂が海部を、成分比率の低い方の樹脂が島部を形成するいわゆる「海島構造」をとるものである。そして、海部を形成する樹脂相中に、島部を形成する樹脂からなるドメインが分散している。
本発明において、易剥離性ヒートシール層は、対向する吸湿性または非吸湿性のヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂に対して、相溶性のヒートシール性樹脂と非相溶性のヒートシール性樹脂とを含む樹脂組成物からなる。このような樹脂組成物からなる層は、成分比率の高い方の樹脂が海部を、成分比率の低い方の樹脂が島部を形成するいわゆる「海島構造」をとるものである。そして、海部を形成する樹脂相中に、島部を形成する樹脂からなるドメインが分散している。
例えば、対向するヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂がポリエチレン樹脂である場合、易剥離性ヒートシール層は、ポリエチレン樹脂とこれに非相溶性の任意のヒートシール性樹脂、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリブテン等を含む樹脂組成物からなってよい。
また別の態様において、対向するヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂がポリプロピレン樹脂である場合、易剥離性ヒートシール層は、ポリプロピレン樹脂とこれに非相溶性の任意のヒートシール性樹脂、例えば、ポリエチレン樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体等とを含む樹脂組成物からなってよい。
さらに別の態様において、対向するヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂がエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体である場合、易剥離性ヒートシール層は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体またはこれに相溶性の任意のヒートシール性樹脂、例えば、ポリエチレン樹脂等と、これに非相溶性の任意のヒートシール性樹脂、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン1等とを含む樹脂組成物からなってよい。
本発明において上記樹脂組成物を構成するのに好適に用いられる樹脂としては、公知又は市販のヒートシール性樹脂を用いることができ、例えば、上記に挙げたポリエチレン(低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン)、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体の他、エチレン-メタクリル酸メチル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、及びこれらの誘導体、例えば、酸変性体誘導体等から、対向するヒートシール層の構成に応じて、相溶性及び非相溶性樹脂を選択することができるが、これらに限定されない。
本発明の包装体が、その包装用途に応じた所望の剥離強度を示すように、上記樹脂組成物の相溶性樹脂と非相溶性樹脂との混合比を調整することができ、例えば、相溶性樹脂/非相溶性樹脂=50/50~99/1の質量比であり、好ましくは70/30~97/3の質量比であり、より好ましくは70/30~90/10の質量比である。
易剥離性ヒートシール層としては、市販の易剥離性ヒートシールフィルムを用いることもできる。例えば、対向するヒートシール層を構成するヒートシール性樹脂がポリエチレン系樹脂である場合、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン及びポリスチレンを含む樹脂組成物からなるSMX-Y03、SMX-Y04、IMX(ジェイフィルム株式会社)等が好適に使用できる。
本発明において、易剥離性ヒートシール層の厚さとしては、3μm以上あれば製膜は可能であるが、良好な製膜性及び吸湿性を得るためには、好ましくは5~200μmが望ましい。
<易剥離性積層フィルム>
上記ガスバリア層を構成するガスバリア性フィルム上に、上記易剥離性ヒートシール層を積層することにより、易剥離性積層フィルムが得られる。
上記ガスバリア層を構成するガスバリア性フィルム上に、上記易剥離性ヒートシール層を積層することにより、易剥離性積層フィルムが得られる。
本発明において、この積層方法は、特に限定されず、上記吸湿性積層フィルムと同様に、エクストルージョンコーティングにより、または、ドライラミネーション、ノンソルベントラミネーション、サンドラミネーション等により、ラミネートすることができる。
また、易剥離性積層フィルムは、ガスバリア層及び易剥離性ヒートシール層以外に、さらなる層を有していてもよい。例えば、ガスバリア層と易剥離性ヒートシール層との間に、上記の吸湿性ヒートシール層を有していてもよい。または、易剥離性ヒートシール層が、上述の吸湿剤を含み、易剥離性と吸湿性とを兼ね備えてもよい。易剥離性ヒートシール層が、吸湿性を兼ね備える場合、その添加量は、吸湿剤添加層の全質量に対して、1質量%~50質量%、好ましくは3質量%~50質量%、さらに好ましくは15質量%~50質量%である。
<包装体>
本発明の包装体は、上記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚を製袋してなるものであり、ヒートシール層の面が対向するように、積層フィルム2枚を重ね合せ、その周縁部をヒートシールすることにより製造することができる。
ここで、ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層は、上記吸湿性ヒートシール層である。
また、ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層は、上記易剥離性ヒートシール層であってよい。
例えば、2枚のうちの一方が、吸湿性ヒートシール層を有する吸湿性積層フィルムであり、他方が、易剥離性ヒートシール層を有する易剥離性積層フィルムであってよい。あるいは、2枚のうちの一方が、吸湿性易剥離性積層フィルムであり、他方が、いずれの性質も示さない通常のガスバリア性積層フィルムであってよい。
本発明の包装体は、上記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚を製袋してなるものであり、ヒートシール層の面が対向するように、積層フィルム2枚を重ね合せ、その周縁部をヒートシールすることにより製造することができる。
ここで、ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層は、上記吸湿性ヒートシール層である。
また、ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層は、上記易剥離性ヒートシール層であってよい。
例えば、2枚のうちの一方が、吸湿性ヒートシール層を有する吸湿性積層フィルムであり、他方が、易剥離性ヒートシール層を有する易剥離性積層フィルムであってよい。あるいは、2枚のうちの一方が、吸湿性易剥離性積層フィルムであり、他方が、いずれの性質も示さない通常のガスバリア性積層フィルムであってよい。
本発明においてはヒートシールの方法として、例えばバーシール、回転ロールシール、ベルトシール、インパルスシール、高周波シール、超音波シール等の公知を適用することができる。
初めに、少なくともガスバリア層と吸湿性ヒートシール層とを有する吸湿性積層フィルムと、少なくともガスバリア層と易剥離性ヒートシール層とを有する易剥離性積層フィルムとを、該吸湿性ヒートシール層の面と該易剥離性ヒートシール層の面とを対向させて重ね合せ、周縁部をヒートシールして得られる吸湿性包装体の実施例と、その比較例、及びその評価結果を示す。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム35質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(大日精化工業(株)、ぺリコン)と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム35質量%)60μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した。
得られたフィルムを、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)、エスペット T4102)、及び、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))と、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する吸湿性積層フィルムを製造した。
一方、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)、エスペット T4102)、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))、及び易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(ジェイフィルム(株)、SMX-Y04)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂層の層構成を有する易剥離性積層フィルムを製造した。
上記で得られた吸湿性積層フィルムと易剥離性積層フィルムとを、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面と易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面とを対向させて重ね合せ、その周辺端部を160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件でヒートシールすることにより、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
得られたフィルムを、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)、エスペット T4102)、及び、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))と、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する吸湿性積層フィルムを製造した。
一方、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)、エスペット T4102)、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))、及び易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(ジェイフィルム(株)、SMX-Y04)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂層の層構成を有する易剥離性積層フィルムを製造した。
上記で得られた吸湿性積層フィルムと易剥離性積層フィルムとを、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面と易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面とを対向させて重ね合せ、その周辺端部を160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件でヒートシールすることにより、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとして、佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-132Jを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
易剥離性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層として、PETフィルム上にアルミニウム箔を貼り合わせてなるガスバリア性フィルムの代わりに、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm)上に化学気相成長法により酸化珪素蒸着膜(厚さ10nm)を設け、さらにガスバリア性塗布膜(厚さ200nm)を設けたガスバリア性フィルム(大日本印刷(株)、IB-PET-RB)を適用して、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する易剥離性積層フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
易剥離性積層フィルム及び吸湿性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層として、PETフィルム上にアルミニウム箔を貼り合わせてなるガスバリア性フィルムの代わりに、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm)上に、化学気相成長法により酸化珪素蒸着膜(厚さ10nm)を設け、さらにガスバリア性塗布膜(厚さ200nm)を設けたガスバリア性フィルム(大日本印刷(株)、IB-PET-RB)を適用して、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム、及び、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する積層フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
易剥離性積層フィルムとして、アルミニウム箔と易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとの間に、ドライラミネート用接着剤を介して、実施例1で製造した吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを積層し、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム/接着剤/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する易剥離性積層フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
易剥離性積層フィルムとして、PETフィルムと易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとの間に、ドライラミネート用接着剤を介して、実施例1で製造した吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを積層し、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム/易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する易剥離性積層フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例4と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとして、佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-111Jを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性積層フィルムの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムにドライキープ(R)(佐々木化学薬品(株)、SPES30-132J、膜厚60μm)を用い、易剥離性積層フィルムの易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムに、IMX(ジェイフィルム(株))を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性易剥離性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム50質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(大日精化工業(株)、ぺリコン)と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム50質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム15質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(大日精化工業(株)、ぺリコン)と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム15質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム35質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(大日精化工業(株)、ぺリコン)と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム35質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
<比較例1>
吸湿性積層フィルムの吸湿層を、吸湿剤を含まないLLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)からなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)とし、また易剥離性積層フィルムの易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂層を、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)のみからなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、積層フィルムおよび包装体を製造した。
吸湿性積層フィルムの吸湿層を、吸湿剤を含まないLLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)からなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)とし、また易剥離性積層フィルムの易剥離性ヒートシール性樹脂層を、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)のみからなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、積層フィルムおよび包装体を製造した。
<吸湿効果>
実施例1~11及び比較例1で作製した積層フィルムにより、パウチ袋(120mm×160mm)を作製し、パウチ内に吸湿計を入れ、7日放置後の相対湿度を測定した。評価結果を表1に示す。

<易剥離性試験>
実施例及び比較例で作製した吸湿性積層フィルム及び易剥離性積層フィルムを、それぞれ10cm×10cmに切り分け、各ヒートシール面側が対向するように重ね合せ、ヒートシールテスター(テスター産業:TP-701-A)を用いて、160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件で1cm×10cmの領域をヒートシールしたサンプルを作製した(端部はヒートシールされずに接着しておらず、二股に分かれている状態)。このサンプルを、1.5cm幅で短冊状に切り、二股に分かれている各端部を引張試験機に装着し、試験速度:300mm/min、荷重レンジ:50Nの条件で試験した際の引張強度(N/15mm)を測定した。評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例及び比較例で作製した吸湿性積層フィルム及び易剥離性積層フィルムを、それぞれ10cm×10cmに切り分け、各ヒートシール面側が対向するように重ね合せ、ヒートシールテスター(テスター産業:TP-701-A)を用いて、160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件で1cm×10cmの領域をヒートシールしたサンプルを作製した(端部はヒートシールされずに接着しておらず、二股に分かれている状態)。このサンプルを、1.5cm幅で短冊状に切り、二股に分かれている各端部を引張試験機に装着し、試験速度:300mm/min、荷重レンジ:50Nの条件で試験した際の引張強度(N/15mm)を測定した。評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様にして、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの層構成を有する吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムを製造した。
一方、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)製、エスペット T4102)、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))、及びLLDPEフィルム(東洋紡(株)、リックフィルムL6100)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有する吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルムを製造した。
上記で得られた吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムと吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルムとを、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面とLLDPEフィルムの面とを対向させて重ね合せ、その周辺端部を160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件でヒートシールすることにより、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
一方、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm、東洋紡(株)製、エスペット T4102)、アルミニウム箔(厚さ9μm、東洋アルミニウム(株))、及びLLDPEフィルム(東洋紡(株)、リックフィルムL6100)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤(ロックペイント(株)、RU004/H-1、塗布量 各接着層につき3.5g/m2、乾燥温度70℃)を介して貼り合せ、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有する吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルムを製造した。
上記で得られた吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルムと吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルムとを、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムの面とLLDPEフィルムの面とを対向させて重ね合せ、その周辺端部を160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件でヒートシールすることにより、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとして、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-132J)を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層として、PETフィルム上にアルミニウム箔を貼り合わせてなるガスバリア性フィルムの代わりに、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm)上に化学気相成長法により酸化珪素蒸着膜(厚さ10nm)を設け、さらにガスバリア性塗布膜(厚さ200nm)を設けたガスバリア性フィルム(大日本印刷(株)、IB-PET-RB)を適用して、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有するガスバリア性積層フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ガスバリア性積層フィルム及び吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルム中のガスバリア層として、PETフィルム上にアルミニウム箔を貼り合わせてなるガスバリア性フィルムの代わりに、PETフィルム(厚さ12μm)上に化学気相成長法により酸化珪素蒸着膜(厚さ10nm)を設け、さらにガスバリア性塗布膜(厚さ200nm)を設けたガスバリア性フィルム(大日本印刷(株)、IB-PET-RB)を適用して、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム、及び、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有する積層フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性を有しないガスバリア性積層フィルムのアルミニウム箔とLLDPEフィルムとの間に、ドライラミネート用接着剤を介して、実施例12で製造した吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを積層し、PETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム/接着剤/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有する積層フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性を有しない積層フィルムのPETフィルムとLLDPEフィルムとの間に、ドライラミネート用接着剤を介して、実施例1で製造した吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを積層し、ガスバリア性塗布膜/蒸着膜/PETフィルム/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム/LLDPEフィルムの層構成を有する積層フィルムを作製した以外は、実施例15と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-111J)を用いた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-132J)を2枚用い、実施例12と同様にしてPETフィルム/接着剤/アルミニウム箔/接着剤/吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを2枚作製し、吸湿性ヒートシール層の面同士を対向させて重ね合せ、その周辺端部を160℃、1kgf/cm2、1秒の条件でヒートシールすることにより、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム50質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(ぺリコン:大日精化工業(株))と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム50質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム15質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(ぺリコン:大日精化工業(株))と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム15質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
ポリエチレン樹脂中に酸化カルシウム35質量%を含有する吸湿性樹脂組成物(大日精化工業(株)、ぺリコン)と、LLDPE(プライムポリマー社(株)、ULTZEX 2022F)とを、インフレーション法(押出し温度180℃)により共押出製膜し、LLDPE層10μm/吸湿性樹脂組成物層(酸化カルシウム35質量%)30μm/LLDPE層10μmの吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを製造した以外は、実施例12と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムとして、吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルム(佐々木化学薬品(株)、ドライキープ(R)SPES30-132J)を用いた以外は、実施例14と同様にして、本発明の吸湿性包装体を製造した。
<比較例2>
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを貼り合わせる代わりに、吸湿剤を含まないLLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)からなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)を設けた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、積層フィルムおよび包装体を製造した。
吸湿性ヒートシール性樹脂フィルムを貼り合わせる代わりに、吸湿剤を含まないLLDPE(プライムポリマー社、ULTZEX 2022F)からなるヒートシール層(厚さ50μm)を設けた以外は、実施例12と同様にして、積層フィルムおよび包装体を製造した。
<吸湿効果>
実施例12~23及び比較例2で作製した積層フィルムにより、パウチ袋(120mm×160mm)を作製し、パウチ内に吸湿計を入れ、7日放置後の相対湿度を測定した。評価結果を表2に示す。

Claims (5)
- 少なくともガスバリア層とヒートシール層とを有するガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚を、該ヒートシール層面を重ね合せて周縁部をヒートシールして得られる包装体であって、該ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、吸湿性ヒートシール層である吸湿性包装体。
- 前記ガスバリア性積層フィルム2枚のうちの少なくとも1枚のヒートシール層が、易剥離性ヒートシール層である、請求項1に記載の吸湿性包装体。
- 前記吸湿性ヒートシール層が、吸湿剤を含有するヒートシール性樹脂からなる、請求項1または2に記載の吸湿性包装体。
- 前記吸湿剤が、化学吸湿剤である、請求項3に記載の吸湿性包装体。
- 血糖値測定センサ用の包装体である、請求項4に記載の吸湿性包装体。
