Abstract
본 발명은 내구성 및 고전도성 도금을 제공하는 금속 도금된 PPD-T 섬유의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 도금된 구리 금속 부착량을 섬유의 산 처리시 사용되는 황산 농도의 함수로서 나타낸 그래프이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 구리 도금 섬유의 단면을 확대한 현미경 사진이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 방법으로 처리되지 않은 구리 도금 섬유의 단면을 확대한 현미경 사진이다.
Claims (11)
- 도금될 섬유를 활성화 용액과 접촉시키고, 섬유를 세정하고, 도금할 금속 양이온의 용액에 섬유를 첨지시키는 단계를 포함하는 아라미드 섬유를 내구성 금속 코팅으로 무전해 도금하는 방법에 있어서, 도금될 섬유를 증감액(增感液)과 접촉시키기 전에, (a) 아라미드 섬유를 80내지 90% 황산 용액 중에서 10내지 100℃의 온도에서 2내지 60초 동안 접촉시키는 단계 및 (b) 산 접촉된 섬유를 산이 실질적으로 전부 제거 될 때까지 물로 세척하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세척된 섬유를 건조시키는 단계 (c)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 15내지 80℃에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내구성 금속은 구리인 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 증감액은 주석-팔라듐 용액인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내구성 금속은 은인 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증감액은 제1주석 이온 함유 용액인 것인 방법.
- (a) 아라미드 섬유를 80내지 90% 황산 용액 중에서 10 내지 100℃의 온도에서 2내 60초 동안 접촉시키는 단계, (b)산 접촉된 섬유를 산이 실질적으로 전부 제거될 때까지 물로 세척하는 단계, (c)세척된 섬유를 증감액과 접촉시키는 단계, (d)섬유를 세정하여 부착하지 않은 증감액을 제거하는 단계, 및 (e)세정된 섬유를 도금 할 금속 양이온을 함유하는 수용액 중에 침지시키는 단계를 포함하는, 아라미드 섬유를 내구성 금속 코팅으로 도금시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도금할 금속 양이온은 은, 구리, 니켈 및 코발트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 세척 및 단계(c)의 접촉을 수행한 후에 세척된 섬유를 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 15내지 80℃에서 수행되는 것인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
