Abstract
본 발명은 금현중비시에 장착금형에 부착된 식별번호에 대응하는 바코드표를 바코드리더에서 판독하고, 펀치 및 다이의 각각에 고유의 금형정보와 이들 펀치 및 다이를 가공에 사용하는 금형세트로 한때의 세트금형정보와 비휘발성메모리에 격납한다. 그리고, 이 세트금형정보에 대응해서 금형세트의 당해 펀치 프레스기 내에서의 수납번지를 기억시키고, 가공시에는 세트금형정보를 바탕으로 필요로하는 금형세트를 호출해서 금형교환을 행하는 구성으로 한다.

제1도~제5도는 본 발명에 의한 펀치프레스의 금형관리방법을 적용한 경우의 구체적인 실시예를 설명하기 위한 도면,
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 펀치프레스기의 평면도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ방향에서 본 정면도,
제3도는 제2도의 우측면도,
제4도는 금형보유체에 있어서의 금형보유형태를 표시하는 측면도.
Claims (12)
- 금형교환장치를 구비하는 펀치프레스기에 있어서, 가공에 필요한 상금형 및 하금형의 각각에 고유의 금형정보와 이들 상금형 및 하금형을 가공에 사용하는 금형세트로 한때의 세트금형정보를 기억시킴과 아울러, 이 세트금형정보에 대응하여 상기 금형세트의 당해 펀치프레스기내에서의 수납번지를 기억시켜, 가공시에는 상기 세트금형정보를 바탕으로 필요로 하는 금형세트를 호출해서 금형교환을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세트금형정보 및 상기 수납번지에 관한 정보가 당해 펀치프레스기의 수치제어부에 기억되는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세트금형정보에는 형상, 크기, 금형클리어런스의 각 정보가 포함되어 있는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 금형에 고유의 금형정보중 고정정보를 금형자체에 보유시키고 갱신정보를 당해 펀치프레스기의 수치제어부에 보유시키는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금형정보가 금형의 제조번호 및 제조년월일의 정보를 포함하는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 금형표면에 바코드를 마아킹하고, 이 바코드를 판독장치에서 판독하는 것이 의해 상기 고정정보가 상기 수치제어부에 기록되는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 금형표면에 식별번호를 마아킹하고, 이 식별번호에 대응하면 별도 설치도는 바코드표를 판독장치에서 판독하는 것에 의해 상기 고정정보가 상기 수치제어부에 기록되는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제1항∼제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금형의 고유의 금형정보를 모두 금형자체에보유시키는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금형에 자기팁을 묻어 넣고 이 자기팁에 의해 상기 금형정보를 모두 금형 자체에 보유시키는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.[청구항 9]제8항에 있어서, 금형에 자기팁을 묻어 넣고 이 자기팁에 의해 상기 금형정보를 보유시키는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금형에 IC팁을 묻어 넣고, 이 IC팁에 의해 상기 금형정보를 보유시키는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상금형 및 하금형의 각각의 금형정보의 기록할 때 이들 상금형 및 하금형의 각각의 형상, 크기 및 클리어런스가 비교되어서 그들 상하금형의 조합의 적부가 판정되는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 상하 양금형의 조합은 상기 상금형 및 하금형의 각각의 형상과 크기가 같은 경우 및 상기 상금형 및 하금형의 각각의 형상이 같고 크기가 같지 않더라도 클리어런스가 사용가능한 범위내에 있는 경우에는 적절하다고 판정되는 펀치프레스기에 있어서의 금형관리방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
