Abstract
유압쇼벨등의 작업기계의 액츄에이터를 작동시키는 유압장치이다. 액츄에이터(1)의 작동방향을 전환하기 위한 방향전환밸브(3)와, 유압펌프(2) 사이의 관로에 전자비례유량제어밸브(6)를 설치하고, 제어 밸브(6)의 전후의 차압을 일정하게 하도록 유압펌프(2)의 토출압을 제어하는 토출압 제어수단(25)을 설정한다. 조작레버(5)의 조작량에 대한 액츄에이터(1)에의 압유의 유량특성을 액츄에이터(1)의 부하압과 유압펌프(2)를 구동하는 엔진(10)의 회전속도에 응하여 유량설정수단(24)에 의해 설정하고, 설정된 유량특성에 따르도록 조작레버(5)의 조작량에 응하여 제어밸브(6)의 개도를 전자밸브제어수단(23)에 의해 제어한다.
이에따라, 액츄에이터의 압유의 유량특성을 작업자의 기호나 작업형태에 응하여 적절히 얻을수 있는 것을 가능하게 하고, 또 액츄에이터의 부하상태를 작업자가 조작레버의 조작을 통하여 용이하게 파악가능하게 한다.

제2도 내지 제6도는 제1도의 유압장치의 작동을 설명하기 위한 선도.
Claims (4)
- 조속수단에 의해 회전속도가 조정가능한 엔진을 구동원으로하는 유압펌프와, 그 유압펌프를 구동원으로 하는 액츄에이터와, 그 액츄에이터의 작동방향을 전환하도록 그 액츄에이터와 상기 유압펌프 사이의 관로에 개장된 방향전환밸브와, 그 방향 전환밸브의 전환조작을 행하기 위한 조작레버를 구비한 작업기계의 유압장치에 있어서, 상기 유압펌프에서 상기 액츄에이터에의 압유의 유량을 제어하도록 상기 관로에 설치된 전자비례유량제어밸브와, 그 전자비례유량제어밸브의 출구측에서 상기 액츄에이터의 부하압을 검출하는 제1압력검출수단과, 상기 전자비례유량제어밸브의 입구측 압력을 검출하는 제2압력검출수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2압력검출수단에 의해 검출된 압력의 차압이 미리 정해진 설정차압이 되도록 상기 유압펌프의 토출압을 제어하는 토출압 제어수단과, 상기 조작레버의 조작량을 검출하는 조작량 검출수단과, 상기 엔진의 회전속도를 검출하는 속도검출수단과, 상기 제1압력검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 액츄에이터의 부하압 및 상기 속도검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 엔진의 회전속도에 응하여 상기 조작레버의 조잘걍에 대한 상기 액츄에이터 압유의 유량특성을 설정하는 유량설정수단과, 상가 조작량 검출수단에 의해 검출된 조작량에 응하여 상기 유량설정수단에 의해 설정된 유량특성을 얻도록 상기 전자비례유량제어밸브의 개도를 조정하는 전자밸브제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 유압장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유량설정수단은 상기 속도검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 엔진의 회전속도가 높을수록 상기 조작레버의 조작량에 대한 상기 액츄에이터의 압유의 유량게인이 커지도록 상기 유량특성을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 유압장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유량성정수단은 상기 제1압력검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 액츄에이터의 부하압이 클수록 상기 액츄에이터의 압유의 유입을 개시하게 하는 상기 조작레버의 조작량이 커지도록 상기 유량특성을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 유압장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 토출압 제어수단은 상기 유압 펌프에서 상기 전자비례유량제어밸브에 이르는 관로에서 도출된 관로에 설치된 전자비례언로드밸브를 구비하고, 상기 제1및 제2의 압력검출수단에 의해 검출된 압력의 차압이 미리 정해진 설정차압이 되도록 상기 전자비례언로드밸브의 설정압을 제어함으로써 상기 유압펌프의 토출압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 유압장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
