Abstract
압력 검출 라인(48)에서 검출된 펌프 압력이 제1 소정치 Pd1보다 커지면 재생 절환 밸브(44)는 밸브 개방 위치로 이동되고, 재생이 해제된다. 이 때 압력 검출 라인(51)에서 검출된 펌프 토출 압력은 제1 소정치 Pd1 부근의 제2 소정치 Pd1*보다 커지며, 회전수 증가 장치(52)는 원동기(10)의 회전수가 증가하도록 원동기 제어 장치(11)을 제어하고, 펌프 토출 유량을 증가시킨다. 이로써 재생을 해제한 경우에도 액튜에이터의 속도 변화를 작게 하고, 조작성을 악화시키지 않고 작업량을 증가시킨다.

Claims (12)
- 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 회전수를 제어하는 원동기 제어 수단과, 상기 원동기에 의해 구동되는 유압 펌프와, 상기 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 유압에 의해 구동되는 유압 액튜에이터와, 상기 유압 펌프로부터 상기 유압 액튜에이터로 공급되는 유압의 흐름을 제어하는 방향 절환 밸브와, 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압의 압력이 제1 소정치보다 작을 때 상기 유압 액튜에이터로부터의 복귀 오일을 상기 유압 액튜에이터의 공급측으로 재생하는 재생 수단을 구비한 건설 기계의 유압 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압의 압력을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 검출된 압력이 상기 제1 소정치 부근의 제2 소정치보다 클 때 상기 원동기의 회전수가 증가하도록 상기 원동기 제어 수단을 제어하는 회전수 증가 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력을 상기 회전수 증가 수단으로 유도하는 압력 검출 관로이며, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 압력 검출 관로에 의해 유도된 유압유의 압력에 의해 작동하고, 상기 원동기 제어 수단을 제어하는 유압 액튜에이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력을 상기 회전수 증가 수단으로 유도하는 압력 검출 관로이며, 상기 원동기 제어 수단은 조속기 레버를 구비한 연료 분사 장치를 갖고, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 압력 검출 관로에 접속되고 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력이 유도되어 그 유압유에 의해 작동하는 유압 액튜에이터와, 이 유압 액튜에이터의 작동에 의해 상기 조속기 레버를 회전수 증가 방향으로 움직이는 레버 수단과, 상기 압력이 상기 제2 소정치에 달할 때까지는 상기 유압 액튜에이터의 작동을 저지하는 유지 수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력을 전기 신호로 변환하는 압력 검출기이며, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 압력 검출기에 의해 검출된 압력을 기초로 하여 상기 원동기 제어 수단을 제어하는 연산 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력을 전기 신호로 변환하는 압력 검출기이며, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 제어 레버의 조작량에 따른 제1 구동 신호를 연산하는 제1 연산 수단과, 상기 제1 구동 신호에 따라 원동기의 회전수를 제어하는 연료 분사 장치를 갖고, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 압력 검출기에 의해 검출된 압력이 상기 제2 소정치보다 커지면 상기 제1 구동 신호보다 큰 제2 구동 신호를 연산하고, 이를 상기 제1 구동 신호 대신에 출력하는 제2 연산 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 연산 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력이 상기 제2 소정치보다 커지면 구동 신호 증분치를 연산하는 수단과, 상기 구동 신호 증분치를 상기 제1 구동 신호에 가산하고, 상기 제2 구동 신호를 구하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 수단은 상기 제1 소정치를 임의로 조정 가능하게 하는 수동 조작 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터로부터의 복귀 오일이 통하는 유압 라인에 배치된 재생 절환 밸브를 포함하는 재생 회로와, 상기 유압 액튜에이터로 공급되는 유압유의 압력이 제1 소정치보다 작을 때 상기 재생 절환 밸브를 재생 위치로 움직이는 가압 수단과, 상기 가압 수단에 파일럿 압력을 출력하는 압력 발생 수단을 갖고, 상기 압력 발생 수단은 상기 파일럿 압력을 조정하고 상기 제1 소정치를 조정하는 수동 조작 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 제2 소정치를 임의로 조정 가능하게 하는 수동 조작 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 유압 액튜에이터에 공급되는 유압유의 압력을 전기 신호로 변환하는 압력 검출기이며, 상기 회전수 증가 수단은 상기 압력 검출기에 의해 검출된 압력을 기초로 하여 상기 원동기 제어 수단을 제어하는 연산 수단과, 상기 연산 수단에 작용하여 상기 제2 소정치를 조정하는 수동 조작 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 소정치는 상기 제1 소정치와 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 소정치는 상기 제1 소정치보다 약간 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
