Description
(1)各アクチュエータに関連付けられた方向切換弁の前後差圧が非常に小さい場合においても、複数の方向切換弁の分流制御を安定的に行うことができ;
(2)複合動作から単独動作への移行時などに要求流量が急変した場合でも、アンロード弁から無駄に圧油がタンクに排出されるブリードオフ損失を最小に抑え、エネルギー効率の低下を抑え、かつ各アクチュエータへ供給される圧油の流量の急激な変化によるアクチュエータ速度の急な変化を防止して不快なショックの発生を抑え、優れた複合操作性を実現し;
(3)方向切換弁のメータイン損失を低減して高いエネルギー効率を実現することができる。
本発明の第1の実施の形態による建設機械の油圧駆動装置を図1〜図15を用いて説明する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態による建設機械の油圧駆動装置の構成を示す図である。
以上のように構成した油圧駆動装置の作動を説明する。
(a) 全ての操作レバーが中立の場合
全ての操作レバー装置60a,60b,60c・・・の操作レバーが中立なので、全てのパイロット弁は中立であり、操作圧a, b, c, d, e, f・・・はタンク圧となるので、全ての方向切換弁6a,6b,6c・・・が中立位置にある。
(b) ブーム上げ操作を行った場合
ブーム用の操作レバー装置60aのパイロット弁からブーム上げ操作圧aが出力される。ブーム上げ操作圧aは、方向切換弁6aと圧力センサ41aに導かれ、方向切換弁6aが図中で右方向に切り替わる。
(c)ブーム上げ操作とアームクラウド操作を同時に行った場合
ブーム用の操作レバー装置60aのパイロット弁からブーム上げ操作圧aが、アーム用の操作レバー装置60bのパイロット弁からアームクラウド操作圧cがそれぞれ出力される。ブーム上げ操作圧aは、方向切換弁6aと圧力センサ41aに導かれ、方向切換弁6aが図中で右方向に切り替わる。アームクラウド操作圧cは、方向切換弁6bと圧力センサ41cに導かれ、方向切換弁6bが図中で右方向に切り替わる。
本実施の形態によれば以下の効果が得られる。
本発明の第2の実施の形態による建設機械の油圧駆動装置について、第1の実施の形態と異なる部分を中心に以下に説明する。
図16は、第2の実施の形態による建設機械の油圧駆動装置の構成を示す図である。
第2の実施の形態の作動を、第1の実施の形態と異なる部分を中心に、図16〜図20を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態によれば以下の効果が得られる。
なお、上記実施の形態においては、アンロード弁15の動作を安定化させるためバネ15bを設けているが、バネ15bはなくてもよい。また、アンロード弁15にバネ15bを設けず、コントローラ70又は90内で「ΔPsd+バネ力」の値を目標差圧として演算してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、
この油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動される複数のアクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油を、前記複数のアクチュエータに分配して供給する制御弁装置と、
前記複数のアクチュエータのそれぞれの駆動方向と速度を指示する複数の操作レバー装置と、
前記複数の操作レバー装置の操作レバーの入力量に応じた流量を吐出するよう前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御するポンプ制御装置と、
前記油圧ポンプの圧油供給路の圧力が、前記複数のアクチュエータの最高負荷圧に少なくとも目標差圧を加えたセット圧を超えると、前記圧油供給路の圧油をタンクに排出するアンロード弁と、
前記複数のアクチュエータのそれぞれの負荷圧を検出する複数の第1圧力センサと、
前記制御弁装置を制御するコントローラとを備えた建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記制御弁装置は、
前記複数の操作レバー装置によってそれぞれ切り換えられ、前記複数のアクチュエータに関連付けられて、それぞれのアクチュエータの駆動方向と速度を調整する複数の方向切換弁と、
前記油圧ポンプの圧油供給路と前記複数の方向切換弁との間に配置され、開口面積を変えることにより前記複数の方向切換弁へ供給される圧油の流量をそれぞれ制御する複数の流量制御弁とを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記複数の操作レバー装置の操作レバーの入力量に基づいて前記複数のアクチュエータの要求流量を演算するとともに、前記複数の第1圧力センサによって検出された前記複数のアクチュエータの負荷圧のうちの最高負荷圧と前記複数のアクチュエータのそれぞれの負荷圧とのそれぞれの差圧を演算し、前記複数のアクチュエータの要求流量と前記それぞれの差圧とに基づいて前記複数の流量制御弁のそれぞれの目標開口面積を演算し、この目標開口面積となるよう前記複数の流量制御弁の開口面積を制御し、かつ
前記複数の操作レバー装置の操作レバーの入力量に基づいて前記複数の方向切換弁のそれぞれのメータインの開口面積を演算し、このメータインの開口面積と前記複数のアクチュエータのそれぞれの前記要求流量とに基づいて前記複数の方向切換弁のうちの特定の方向切換弁のメータインの圧損を演算し、この圧損を前記目標差圧として出力して前記アンロード弁のセット圧を制御することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記特定の方向切換弁のメータインの圧損として、前記複数の方向切換弁のうちの前記最高負荷圧のアクチュエータに関連付けられた方向切換弁のメータイン圧損を演算し、この圧損を前記目標差圧として出力し前記アンロード弁のセット圧を制御することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記特定の方向切換弁のメータインの圧損として、前記複数の方向切換弁のメータインの圧損の最大値を選択し、この圧損を前記目標差圧として前記アンロード弁のセット圧を制御することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を検出する第2圧力センサを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、前記第2圧力センサによって検出された前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を前記最高負荷圧に前記目標差圧を加えた圧力に等しくするための指令値を演算し、この指令値を前記ポンプ制御装置に出力して前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記コントローラは、前記複数の操作レバー装置の操作レバーの入力量に基づいて前記複数のアクチュエータの要求流量の総和を算出し、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を前記要求流量の総和に等しくするための指令値を演算し、この指令値を前記ポンプ制御装置に出力して前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧駆動装置。
