Abstract
펌프 혹은 댐퍼에 연이은 오리피스와, 마스실린더로 통하는 도관의 플레어부가 기밀접속되는 시트파이프를 기본체에 동축으로 설치하는 차량용 안트록브레이크 제어장치에 있어서, 부품점수를 저감하고, 절삭분의 발생에 따른 오리피스의 눈막힘 및 상개형 전자밸브의 작동불량을 방지함과 동시에 오리피스의 확실한 고정을 가능케 하며, 댐퍼살 및 오리피스에 협동하여 유효한 감쇠작용을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다. 기본체(34)에는, 접속구멍(1121)쪽의 대경구멍부(111a)와 펌프(211)쪽의 소경구멍부(111b)를 양끝단에 가지는 삽입구멍(111)이 접속구멍(1121)과 동축으로 형성되고, 상기 대경구멍부(111a)에 끼워 맞춤되는 시트파이프(115)와 상기 소경구멍부(111b)에 끼워맞춤되는 오리피스(251)가 연결관부(116)를 개재하여 도욱으로 또한 일체로 연이어 설치되고, 상기 연결관부(116)의 측벽에는, 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL)의 입구쪽에 연이어 기본체(34)에 형성되는 입구통로(110)로 내부를 통하게 하는 연통구멍(118)이 형성된다. 또한, 기본체(34)에는 링형상토출로(121)에 그 둘레방향의 1개소에서 통함과 동시에 댐퍼실(86)롤 통하는 토출통로(102)가 형성되고, 이 토출통로(102)에 오리피스(251)를 개재하여 마스터실린더(M)가 접속된다.

Claims (4)
- 마스터실린더(M) 및 차륜브레이크(BFL), (BFR), (BRK), (BRR)사이의 연통 · 차단을 전환하는 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL), (VOFR), (VORL), (VORR)와, 리저버(191), (192) 및 상기 차륜브레이크(BFL), (BFR), (BRK), (BRR)사이의 연통 · 차단을 전환하는 상폐형 전자밸브(VCFL), (VCFR), (VCRL), (VCRR)와 흡입구가 상기 리저버(191), (192)에 접속되는 펌프(211), (212)와, 이 펌프(211), (212)의 토출구에 접속되는 댐퍼(241), (242)와, 펌프(211), (212) 혹은 댐퍼 (241), (242)와 상기 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL), (VOFR), (VORL), (VORR)와의 사이에 개재되는 오리피스(251), (252)가 배설되는 기본체(34)에, 상기 오리피스(251), (252)와 동축인 접속구멍(1121), (1122)이 나사구멍으로서 형성됨과 동시에, 이 접속구멍(1121), (1122)의 시트파이프(115)에 기밀 접속되는 플레어부(108)를 한 끝단에 가지는 도관(391), (392)이 마스터실린더(M)에 접속되며, 상기 플레어부(108)를 시트파이프(115)에 밀여붙여서 접속구멍(1121), (1122)에 나사 맞춤되는 나사부재(109)가 도관(391), (392)의 외주에 끼워넣어지는 차량용 안티록브레이크 제어장치에 있어서, 기본체(34)에는, 접속구멍(1121), (1122)쪽의 대경구멍부(111a)와 펌프(211), (212) 혹은 댐퍼(241), (242)쪽의 소경구멍부(111b)를 양 끝단에 가지는 삽입구멍(111)이 접속구멍(1121), (1122)과 동축으로 형성되고, 상기 대경구멍부(111a)에 끼워 맞춤되는 시트파이프(115)와 상기 소경구멍부(11b)에 끼워 맞춤되는 오리피스(251), (252)가 연결관부(116)를 개재하여 동축으로서 일체로 연이어 설치되며, 상기 연결관부(116)의 측벽에는, 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL), (VOFR), (VORL), (VORR)의 입구쪽에 연이어서 기본체(34)에 형성되는 입구통로(110), (113)로 내부를 통하게 하는 연통구멍(118)(118′)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티록브레이크 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입구멍(111)은, 대경구멍부(111a) 보다도 소경이지만 소경구멍부(111b)보다도 대경인 부분을 중간부에 가지고 단턱이 있게 형성되고, 연결관부(116)의 외면과 삽입구멍(111)의 중간부 내면과의 사이에는 연통구멍(118), (118′)으로 통하는 링형상로(117)가 형성되고, 입구통로(110), (113)는 이 링형상로(117)로 연이어 통하여 기본체(34)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안티록브레이크 제어장치.
- 기본체(34)에, 이 기본체(34)와의 사이에 링형상토출로(121)를 형성하여 펌프(211), (212)가 끼워 맞춤고정되고, 상기 링형상토출로(121)에는 댐퍼실(86)이 접속됨과 동시에, 오리피스(251), (252)를 개재하여 마스터실린더(M)가 접속되는 차량용 안트록브레이크 제어장치에 있어서, 기본체(34)에는, 링형상토출로(121)에 그 둘레방향 1개소에서 통함과 동시에 댐퍼실(86)로 통하는 토출통로(102)가 형성되고, 이 토출통로(102)에 오리피스(251), (252)를 개재하여 마스터실린더(M)가 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 차량용 안티록브레이크 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 토출통로(102)는, 마스터실린더(M)에 오리피스(251), (252)를 개재하여 접속되고, 이 오리피스(251), (252) 및 마스터실린더(M)사이는 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL), (VOFR), (VORL), (VORR)를 개재하여 차륜브레이크(BFL), (BFR), (BRK), (BRR)에 접속되며, 펌프(211), (212)의 흡입구가 접속되는 리저버(191), (192)와 차륜브레이크(BFL), (BFR), (BRK), (BRR)와의 사이에는 상개형 전자밸브(VOFL), (VOFR), (VORL), (VORR)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안트록브레이크 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
