Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 수압앤티록 제동시스템에 관한 것으로, 유량제어밸브가 단동형 솔레노이드작동밸브(35)로 작동하고 이 유량제어밸브는 스풀(17)의 중앙을 지나는 통로(20)를 통하여 유동이 이루어지도록 하우징(7)내의 내공(8)내에서 작동하는 스풀(17)과 협동한다. 고정공(21)이 제어 스프링(18)이 수용되는 챔버(19)를 형성하는 스풀의 일측단부에 형성되고, 가변공이 하우징(7)의 포트와 스풀(17)의 환상요구(24)의 입력측에 형성된 유동변부사이에 형성되어 스풀(17)의 통로(20)과 연통한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 제동되는 바퀴(3)에 가하여지는 압력이 전자제어유니트(6)로부터의 신호에 응답하고 바퀴에 관련된 속도 감지기(5)로부터의 신호에 응답하는 차량용 수압앤티록 제동시스템에 있어서, 유량제어밸브가 단일 솔레노이드 작동밸브(35)로 작동하고 이 유량제어밸브는 스풀의 중앙을 통과하는 중앙공(20)을 통하여 흐름이 유도될 수 있도록 하우징의 내공내에서 작동하는 스풀(17)과 협동하여, 고정공이 제어스프링(18)이 수용되는 챔버(19)를 형성하는 스풀이 일측단부에 위치하고 가변통공이 하우징의 포트(33)와 스풀의 환상요구(24)의 입력측에 형성된 유동변부사이에 형성되어 스풀의 중앙공(20)과 연통함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 수압앤티록 제동시스템.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 유량제어밸브에 운전자폐달의 반작용을 줄이기 위하여 감쇠실(38)과 통공이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 스풀(17)의 단부에서 협소공(21)를 벗어나서는 유동통로가 없음을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  4. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스풀에 외부환상요구(22)(23)(24)가 형성되어 있고 중앙공(20)과 종공에 연통하는 방사상 통로(25)(26)를 갖는 제어스프링챔버로부터 가장 멀리 떨어져 있는 적어도 두개의 요구 (23)(24)는 스풀의 외부환상요구(22)(23)(24)와 연통하게된 요구(27)(28)(29)와 교차통료(30)(31)(32)(33)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 제어스프링챔버로부터 가장 멀리 떨어져 있는 두개의 교차통로는 그 제 1통로가 마스타실린더(1)로부터의 입력(16)과 연통하고 제2통로는 감쇠실로부터 유체를 인출하여 이를 제2통로를 통하여 되돌려 보낼 수 있게 된 펌프(39)를 통하여 감쇠실(38)과 연통함을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  6. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정공이 솔레노이드 작동밸브(35)의 밸브부재(36)와 제어스프링챔버(19)에 인접한 스풀의 내측단부에서 소정의 협소공(21)에 의하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  7. 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 제1교차통로가 제2교차통로에 대하여 제어스프링챔버로부터 축방향으로 이동배치됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  8. 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 마스타실린더입력(16)이 내공에 강제삽입된 강철튜우브(45)를 통하여 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  9. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(35)의 밸브부재(36)가 통로(20)를 통하여 스풀(17)측으로 돌출 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  10. 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 밸브부재(36)와 통로(20) 사이의 동심성을 유지하기 위한 가이드(51)가 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  11. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 솔레노이드작동밸브가 종공에 평행하고 밸브부재(36)는 브레이크측으로 연장된 출력챔버(50)를 통하여 관통됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
  12. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 정지위치에서 스풀과 슬리이브 조립체(17, 11)가 마스타실린더와 펌프챔버사이에 형성된 감쇠협소공(21)을 통하는 것 이외에는 마스타실린더로부터 펌프출력을 격리하도록 구성되고 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 앤티록시스템.
