Abstract

본 발명은 주행대차; 이 대차 위에 탑재된 압축공기 분출장치 및 비디오 카메라를 갖는 주행부; 및 이 주행부의 전방에 비디오 카메라의 신호에 따라 모니터하면서 주행부를 원격조정하는 모니터 리모콘부를 구비하고 있는 통기관 내부 청소장치에 관한 것으로, 상기의 압축공기 분출장치가 상기의 주행 대차의 전방을 비스듬하게 통기관 내면을 향하여 압축공기를 분출하는 회전노즐과 대차전방으로 통기관 내면의 좁은 범위를 향하여 압축공기를 집중적으로 분출하는 직사노즐을 구비하고 있으며, 주행 대차에 통기관 내부 벽면에 닿음으로써 주행대차의 진행방향을 안내하는 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 통기관 청소장치를 사용하면, 사람이 들어갈 수 없는, 좁은 통기관 내부의 청소작업을 할 수가 있고, 비록 사람이 들어갈 수 있어도, 더럽고, 위험하고, 힘드는 통기관 내부 작업을, 인간 대신에, 그것도 효과적으로 행할수가 있어, 이와 같은 작업의 현장의 개선, 인력절약에 도움이 되고, 나아가 통기관 내부 청소에 의한 환경위생의 개선에도 기여할 수가 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 통기관 내부 청소장치의 한 실시예의 전체를 보여주는 설명도이다,
제2도는 주행부에 탑재한 주행부 제어장치와 이 제어장치에 원격적으로 연결되어 있는 모니터 리모콘부의 개요를 보여주는 블록 구성도이다,
제3도는 주행부의 측면 상세도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 주행대차; 이 대차 위에 탑재된 압축공기 분출장치 및 비디오 카메라를 갖는 주행부; 및 이 주행부의 전방에 비디오 카메라의 신호에 따라 모니터하면서 주행부를 원격조정하는 모니터 리모콘부를 구비하고 있는 통기관 내부 청소장치에 있어서, 상기의 압축공기 분출장치가 상기의 주행 대차의 전방을 비스듬하게 통기관 내면을 향하여 압축공기를 분출하는 회전노즐을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전노즐이 360° 회전함을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 회전노즐이 통기관 내부의 하반부측 180°의 범위로 왕복 회전함을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전노즐이 통기관 내부 좌우 수평방향 위치에서 정지됨을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축공기 분출장치가 대차 전방으로 통기관 내면의 좁은 범위를 향하여 압축공기를 집중적으로 분출하는 직사노즐을 더 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주행 대차에 통기관 내부 벽면에 닿음으로써 주행 대차의 진행방향을 안내하는 가이드 롤러를 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 통기관 내부 청소장치.
