Claims (32)

  1. (1) 하나 이상의 양이온 중합성 단량체 ; (2) (a) 하나 이상의 유기 금속 착염, (b) 유기 금속 착염의 금속 이온과 킬레이트 착체를 형성하는 산과 3차 알킬 알콜의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물, 및 (c) 임의로, 과산화물을 함유하는 촉매계; (3) 임의로, 완충 화합물; 및 (4) 임의로, 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜을 함유하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 하나 이상의 양이온 중합성 단량체 1 내지 99중량%; (2) (a)하나 이상의 유기 금속 착염 0.01 내지 19.99중량%, (b) 유기 금속 착염의 금속 이온과 킬레이트 착체를 형성하는 산과 3차 알킬 알콜의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물 0.01 내지 19.99중량%, 및 (c) 과산화물 0 내지 20중량%를 함유하는 촉매계 0.01 내지 20중량%; (3) 완충 화합물 0 내지 20중량%; 및 (4) 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜 0 내지 50중량%를 추가로 함유하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 보조제 또는 열가소성 중합체 0 내지 98중량%를 추가로 함유하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 중합성 단량체가 에폭시, 시클릭에테르, 비닐 에테르, 실록산, N-비닐 화합물, 알파-올레핀, 락탐, 및 락톤으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 양이온 중합성 조성물.

  6. 제5항에 있어서, 3차 알콜과 산의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물이 옥살산, 아인산, 및 인산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 과산화물 0 내지 20중량%를 추가로 함유하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜 0 내지 50중량%를 추가로 함유하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
  9. (1) 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 중합성 단량체; (2) 하나 이상의 양이온 중합성 단량체; (3) (a) 하나 이상의 유기 금속 착염, (b) 유기 금속 착염의 금속 이온과 킬레이트 착체를 형성하는 산과 3차 알킬 알콜의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물, (c) 임의로, 과산화물, 및 (d) 임의로, 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 개시제를 함유하는 촉매계; (4) 임의로, 완충 화합물; 및 (5) 임의로, 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜을 함유하는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, (1) 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 주합성 단량체 1 내지 99중량%; (2) (a) 하나 이상의 양이온 중합성 단량체 1 내지 99%중량%; (3) (a) 하나 이상의 유기 금속 착염 0.01 내지 19.99중량%, (b) 유기 금속 착염의 금속 이온과 킬레이트 착체를 형성하는 산과 3차 알킬 알콜의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물 0.01 내지 19.99중량%, 및 (c) 과산화물 0 내지 20중량%, (d) 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 개시제 0 내지 20중량%를 함유하는 촉매계 0.01 내지 20중량%; (4) 완충 화합물 0 내지 20중량%; 및 (5) 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜 0 내지 50중량%를 추가로 함유하는 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 보조제 또는 열가소성 중합체 0 내지 97중량%를 추가로 함유하는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 양이온 중합성 단량체가 에폭시, 시클릭에테르, 비닐 에테르, 실록산, N-비닐 화합물, 알파-올레핀, 락탐, 및 락톤으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 중합성 단량체가 (메트)아크릴레이트, (메트)아크릴아미드, 및 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유기 금속 착염이 (에타6-크실렌(이성질체 혼합됨))(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티노메이트, (에타6-크실렌(이성질체 혼합됨))(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로포스페이트, (에타6-m-크실렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)테트라플루오로보레이트,(에타6-o-크실렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-p-크실렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)트리플레이트, (에타6-톨루엔)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-큐멘)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-p-크실렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-m-크실렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-헥사메틸벤젠)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-나프탈렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-피렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-크리센)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-메시틸렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-큐멘)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로포스페이트, (에타6-메시틸렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)펜타플루오로히드록시안티모네이트, 및 (에타6-톨루엔)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)아이론(1+)헥사플루오로아르세네이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 3차 알콜과 산의 열 분해성 에스테르 반응 생성물이 옥살산, 아인산, 및 인산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 중합성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 개시제가 아세토페논, 케탈, 아릴 글록살레이트, 아실포스핀 옥사이드, 및 방향족 할로늄 염으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 중합성의 점탄성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 과산화물 0 내지 20중량%를 추가로 함유하는 중합성의 점탄성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 일작용성 알콜 또는 다작용성 알콜 0 내지 50중량%를 추가로 함유하는 중합성 점탄성 에폭시-아크릴레이트 조성물.
  19. (a) 기재, 및 (b) 제1항에 따라 중합된 생성물을 함유하는 에폭시 피복재.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 중합된 생성물이 (a) 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르(에폭시 당량이 185 내지 192g/eq임), 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실메틸-3,4-에폭시클시클로헥산 카르복실레이트 및 비스(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 양이온 중합성 단량체, (b) Cp(Xy1)Fe+SbF6-, (c) 옥살레이트 에스테르, (d) 시클로헥산디메탄올, 및 (e) 과산화물을 함유하는 에폭시 피복재.
  21. 제1항에 따라 중합된 생성물을 함유하는 비-고정형(free standing) 에폭시 필름.
  22. 중합된 생성물이 (a) 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르(에폭시 당량이 185 내지 192g/eq임), 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실메틸-3,4-에폭시클시클로헥산 카르복실레이트, 및 비스(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 양이온 중합성 단량체, (b)Cp(Xy1)Fe+SbF6-, (c) 옥살레이트 에스테르, (d) 시클로헥산디메탄올, 및 (e) 과산화물을 함유하는 비-고정형 에폭시 필름.
  23. 제1항의 중합된 생성물을 함유하는 구조용 에폭시 접착제.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 중합된 생성물이 (a) 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르(에폭시 당량이 185 내지 192G/eq임), 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실메틸-3,4-에폭시클시클로헥산 카르복실레이트, 및 비스(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 양이온 중합성 단량체, (b) Cp(Xy1)Fe+SbF6-, (c) 디-벤질-t-부틸 옥살레이트, (d) 1,4-부탄디올, 및 (e) 필름 강화제를 함유하는 구조용 에폭시 접착제.
  25. (a) 기재, 및 (b) 제9항에 따라 중합된 생성물을 함유하는 에폭시-아크릴레이트 피복재.
