Abstract

폴리이미드 층 중량의 5중량% 이상의 양으로 탄소원자수 12 이상의 직좨 알킬기를 함유하는 폴리이미드를 필수성분으로 함유하며, 폴리이미드의 코팅 필름이 기판상에 형성되었을때. 386yn/cm 이하의 표면 에너지를 갖는 수직 배향 처리제.

Claims (8)

  1. 폴리 이미드 총 중량의 5중량% 이상의 양으로 탄소 원자수 12 이상의 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 폴리 아미드를 필수 성분으로 함유하며, 폴리아미드의 코팅 필름이 기판상에 형성되었을때, 38 dyn/cm 이하의 표면 에너지를 갖는 수직 배향 처리제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하지 않은 디아민 성분 및/또는 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 디 아민 성분 및/또는 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 모노아민 성분 및/또는 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시켜 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 폴리 이미드 전구체를 제조하고 이 폴이 미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리이미드인 수직 배향 처리제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 테트라카르복실산 성분과 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 모노아민 성분을 1 : 2의 몰비로 반응시 켜 수득한 디 이미드 전구체 화합물 및 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하지 않은 디 아민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시켜 수득한 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리이미드인 수직 배향 처리제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분과 디아민 성분을 2 : 1의 몰비로 반응시켜 수득한 디이미드 전구체 화합물 및 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하지 않은 디아민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시켜 수득한 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리이미드인 수직 배향 처리제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 디라민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시켜 수득한 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리이미드인 수직 배향 처리제.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리 이 미드가 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 디 아민 성분 및 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하지 않은 디아민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시 켜 수득한 폴리 이미드 건구테를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리 이미드인 수직 배항 처리제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하지 않은 디아민 성분 및 직쇄 알킬기를함유하는 디카르 복실산 성분 및,/또는 직쇄 알킬기를 함유하는 모노아민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 성분을 반응 및 중합시켜 수득한 폴리이미드 전구체를 이미드화하여 제조한 폴리이미드인 수직 배향 처리제.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 성분이 시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 이무수물인 수직 배향 처리제.
