Claims (20)

  1. 비스-(3,4-디카복시페닐)에테트 이무수물,3,3′,4,4′-디페닐 테트라카복실 산 이무수물,2,2′-비스(3,4-디카복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 이무수물 및,3,3′,4,4′-벤조페논 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 혼합물이나 화합물로 근본적으로 구성된 이무수물 등몰량과 2,2′-비스(3-아미노페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 및 2,2′-비스(4-아미노페닐)헥사플루오로프로판으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디아민으로부터 제조된, 고분자량의 폴리이미드(최소한 약90,000이 분자량과 약1,7-약2,6의 다분산성을 가짐)축합 생성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 다분산성이 약1.9-약2.4인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 다분산성이 약 2.2인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 분자량이 최소한 약120,000인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 분자량이 최소한 약150,000인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 비스-(3,4-디카복시페닐)에테르 이무수물로 구성되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 3,3′,4,4′-디페닐 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 3.3′,4,4′-벤조페논 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성되는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 상기 이무수물중 두 개의 혼합물로 구성되는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 기판에 부착된 필름 형태의 조성물.
  11. 비스-(3,4-디카복시페닐)에레트 이무수물,3,3′,4,4′-디페닐 테트라카복실 산 이무수물,2,2′-비스(3,4-디카복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 이무수물 및 3,3′,4,4′-벤조페논 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 혼합물이나 화합물로 근본적으로 구성된 이무수물 동몰량과 2.2′-비스(3-아미노페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 및 2,2′-비스(4-아미노페닐)헥사플루오로프로판으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디아민으로부터 제조된, 고분자량의 폴리이미드(최소한 약90,000의 분자량과 약1.7-약2.6의 다분산성을 가짐)축합 생성조성물로 근본적으로 구성되는 중합체 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 다분산성이 약1.9-약2.4인 중합체 필름.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 다분산성이 약2.2인 중합체 필름.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 분자량이 최소한 약 120,000인 중합체 필름.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 분자량이 최소한 약 150,000인 중합체 필름.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 비스-(3,4-디카복시페닐)에테르 이무수물로 구성되는 중합체 필름.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 3,3′,4,4′-디페닐 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성되는 중합체 필름.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 근본적으로 3,3′,4,4′-벤조페논 테트라카복실 산 이무수물로 구성되는 중합체 필름.
  19. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이무수물 성분이 상기 이무수물중 두 개의 혼합물로 구성되는 중합체 필름.
  20. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 파단시 연신율이 최소한 약10%인 중합체 필름.
