Claims (15)

  1. (a)방향족 테트라카르복실산 이무수물 및/ 또는 그의 유도체로 구성된 산 성분, 및 (b)5∼100몰%의 하기식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산 및 95∼0몰%의 하기식(Ⅰ)이외의 유기 디아민으로 구성된 디아민 성분을 중합 및 이미드화시킴으로써 수득됨을 특징으로 하는, 30℃에서 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 내의 농도0.5g/dl로 측정시 고유점도 n가 0.001∼0.5dl/g인 올리고머.
    [상기 식중, R1는 탄소수 1∼5의 이가 지방족기 또는 탄소수 6이상의 이가 방향족기이고; R2및 R3는 각각 일가지방족 또는 방향족기이며, 이들은 동일하거나 상이할수 있고; m는 1∼100의 정수이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 5몰%이상의 방향족 테트라카르복실산 이무수물이 3,3', 4,4'-벤조페논테트라카르복실산 이무수물인 올리고머.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산 성분이 3,3'-옥시디프탈산 무수물 및 2,2-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 이무수물이며, 혼합물내의 몰비가 90/10∼10/90인 올리고머.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10몰%이상의 디아민 성분이 식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산, 및 유기디아민으로서 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민으로 구성된 올리고머.
    m1는 1∼4의 정수이고;m2, m3m4는 각각 0∼4의 정수이며;n, p및 q는 각각 0∼10의 정수이다.]
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산 및 식(Ⅱ)의 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민의 몰비가 50/50∼100/0인 올리고머.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민이 2,4-디아미노톨루엔인 올리고머.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민이 2,6-디아미노톨루엔인 올리고머.
  8. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민이 2,2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐]프로판인 올리고머.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10몰%이상의 디아민 성분이 식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산 및 하기식(Ⅲ)의 디아미노피리딘으로 구성된 올리고머.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산 및 식(Ⅲ)의 디아미노피리딘의 몰비가 50/50∼100/0인 올리고머.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)의 디아미노실록산의 일부 또는 전부가 몰비[산 이무수물]/[디아미노실록산] 2이상으로 산 이무수물과 반응된 올리고머.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올리고머의 이미드화도가 80∼100%인 올리고머.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 올리고머를 유기 용매 중에 용해시켜 수득한 올리고머 용액.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유기용매가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 트리에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, N, N-디메틸아세트아미드, 테트라히드로푸란, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 디옥산 및 염소화 탄화수소로 구성된 군에서 선택된 올리고머 용액.
  15. (a) 50몰%이상의 3,3', 4,4'-벤조페논 테트라카르복실산 이무수물 및/ 또는 그의 유도체를 함유하는 산성분, 및 (b) 50몰%이상의 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 알킬-치환 방향족 디아민을 함유하는 디아민 성분을 중합 및 이미드화 시킴으로써 수득됨을 특징으로 하는, 30℃에서 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 내의 농도 0.5g/dl로 측정시 고유점도 n가 0.001∼0.5dl/g인 올리고머.
