- 하기 식의 (a) 디아미노아미드 화합물 :(상기 식에서,Ar은 방향족 잔기이고,Y는 SO2또는 CO이고,아미노기 중의 하나 및 Y-NH2기는 서로 오르토 위치에 놓임),(b) 디아미노실록산,(c) 디아민, 및(d) 테트라카르복실산 디안하이드라이드를 반응시켜 폴리아미드산-실리콘 중간물질을 생성한 다음, 탈수 및 폐환 반응을 시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드-이소인드로퀴나졸린디온-실리콘 혼성 중합체 수지.
- 디아미노실록산이 하기 식으로 나타내짐을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 폴리이미드-이소인드로퀴나졸린디온-실리콘 혼성 중합체 수지.(상기 식에서,R은 2가의 탄화수소기이고,R'는 1가의 탄화수소기이며, R 및 R'는 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며,m은 1 또는 그 이상의 정수이다.)
- 디아미노아미드 화합물이 4.4'-디아미노디페닐 에테르-3-카르본아미드임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 폴리이미드-이소인드로퀴나졸린디온-실리콘 혼성 중합체 수지.

- 하기 식의 (a) 디아미노디아민 화합물 :(상기 식에서,Ar은 방향족 잔기이고,Y는 SO2또는 CO이고,아미노기 중의 하나 및 Y-NH2기는 서로 오르토 위치에 놓임),(b) 디아미노실록산,(c) 디아민, 및(d) 테트라카르복실산 디안하이드라이드를 불활성 용매 중 80℃ 또는 그 이하의 온도에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드산-실리콘 중간물질의 제조방법.
- 성분 (a),(b) 및 (c)의 전체 몰당 약 1몰의 테트라카르복실산 디안하이드라이드(d)가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제13항 또는 14항에 따른 방법.
- 성분 (a),(b) 및 (c)의 전체량을 기준으로 할 때 5∼30몰%의 양으로 디아미노아미드 화합물(a)이, 그리고 0.1∼50몰%의 양으로 디아미도실론산(b)이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제13항 또는 제14항에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
