Abstract

본 발명은 상호간에 대해 동심적으로 또는 평행하게 정렬된 베어링링들(2,3) 또는 베어링 디스크들을 지니며, 그림들 또는 디스크들의 상호대면 구동면(7,8)사이에서 구름요소(4)들이 구르는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링(10)에 관한 것으로서 구동면(7,8)들에는 적어도 동전기아연합금(galvanic zine alloy)의 항부식 피복재(6)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 산 또는 소금물에 노출되는 구동요소에 특히 유용하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 상호간에 대히 동심적으로 또는 평행하게 정렬된 베어링 링들(2,3)또는 베어링 디스크들을 지니며, 그림들 또는 디스크들의 상호대면 구동면(7,8)사이에서 구름요소(4)들이 구르는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링(1)으로서, 구동면(7,8)들에는 적어도 동전기아연합금(galvanic zine alloy)의 항부식 피복재(6)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링(1).
  2. 상호간에 대히 동심적으로 또는 평행하게 정렬된 베어링 링(10,11)또는 베어링 디스크(25,26), 상기 링 또는 디스크들의 상호대면 구동면(12,13;29,30)사이에서 구름요소(14;27,28), 적어도 외측 베어링 링 또는베어링 디스크 중 하나(11:25)상의 구름요소(14;27,28)들 중 하나에 배치되는 시일링 링(20,21;31,32) 및 내측베어링 링(26)상이 대항표면(35,36), 내측 베어링 링(10)에 연결된 플랜지화된 디스크(17,18)상의 대항표면(19), 또는 맞은편 베어링 디스크사으이 대항 표면과 상호작용하는 시일링 링(20,21;31,32)의 시일링 립(22;33,34)을 지니는 강재 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링(9;24)으로서, 동전기 아연합금의 항부식 피복재(23;37)가 대항표면(19;35,36)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링.

  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 항부식 피복재(6,23;37)를 아연-니켈합금으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 항부식 피복재(6,23;37)를 아연-코발트합금으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 또는 축방 롤링 베어링.
  6. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항부식 피복재(6,23;37)의 두께는 0.1 내지 3.0㎛로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 롤링 베어링.
  7. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항부식 피복재의 두께는 3.0 내지 9.0㎛로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 롤링 베어링.
  8. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항부식 피복재(6,23;37)가 착색된 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 롤링 베어링.
