Abstract

본 발명은 반도체 메모리 장치에 있어서 마스크 리드 온리 메모리에 관한 것으로서, 소자분리 영역에 의해 서로 소정거리 이격되어 제1방향으로 신장되는 소정도전형의 확산영역과, 상기 확산영역상부에서 제2방향으로 서로 평행하여 신장되는 워드라인과, 상기 워드라인 상부에서 상기 소자분리 영역에 해당되는 영역내에 제1방향으로 신장되고 소정의 접촉영역에 의해 상기 워드라인과 접속되는 비트라인을 구비하여 레이아웃도 상에서 상기 비트라인이 확산영여과 소정거리 이격되도록 함으로써 TAT가 대폭 감소된 마스크 리드 온리 메모리를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 마스크 리드 온리 메모리에 있어서, 소자분리영역에 의해 서로 소정거리 이격되어 제1방향으로 신장되는 소정 도전형의 확산영역과, 상기 확산영역 상부에서 제2방향으로 서로 평행하여 신장되는 워드라인과, 상기 워드라인 상부에서 상기 소자 분리영역에 해당되는 영역내에 제1방향으로 신장되고 소정의 접촉영역에 의해 상기 워드라인과 접속되는 비트라인을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 마스크 리드 온리 메모리.
