제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 안티로크 제동제어장치의 배관을 나타낸 도면,
제2도 (a) 내지 제2도 (c) 는 본 발명의 가압 및 감압용 액츄에이터의 가변 유량제어밸브의 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 신호처리부의 블럭구성도.
Claims (4)
- 각 차륜의 차륜속도를 검출하는 차륜속도 검출수단고; 검출된 차륜속도에 기초해서 각 차륜속도, 각 차륜가감속도를 포함한 차륜거동데이터와, 추정차체속도, 추정차체가감속도를 포함한 차체거동데이터를 산출하는 거동산출수단; 상기 차륜거동 데이터 및 차체거동데이터에 기초해서 차륜로크징후 및 차륜로크징후의 해제를 검출하는 로크징후 검출수단; 차륜로크징후의 해제시까지 차륜로크징후의 검출에 따라 상기 차륜거동데이터 및 차체거동데이터에 의해 결정되는 감압신호를 설정하는 감압신호 설정수단; 차륜로크징후의 해제가 검축된 때의 최대액압차를 얻기 위해 로크징후 검출 후 차륜 실린더의 현재의 액압과 로크징후 검출개시시의 차륜 실린더 액압의 차압량을 산출하는 차압량 산출수단; 상기 차륜속도와 추정차체속도의 차가 소정의 범위 이내일 때 성립되는 동기상태와, 상기 차가 상기 소정의 범위이상일 때 성립되는 비동기 상태를 검출하는 동기검출수단; 차륜로크징후의 해제에 응답해서 비동기상태 기간동안 완가압신호를 설정하는 완가압신호 설정수단 및; 상기 동기상태의 성립에 응답해서 차륜 실린더의 액압이 상기 최대액압차의 소정의 퍼센트를 얻도록 상승될 때까지 급가압신호를 설정하는 급가압신호 설정수단을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인터로크 제동제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감압신호에 의해 구동되어 차륜 실린더의 액압을 감압하는 감압용 액츄에이터(ACTDO∼ACTD3)와, 상기 완가압신호 또는 급가압신호에 의해 구동되어 차륜 실린더의 액압을 가압하는 가압용 액츄에이터(ACTRO∼ACTR3)를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안티로크 제동제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감압용 및 가압용 액츄에이터가 가변 유량제어 밸브를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티로크 제동제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 퍼센트가 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 안티로크 제동제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
