Abstract
추가비용 없이 전달가능한 최대 브레이크력을 이용하여 차량의 제동거리를 최적화하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
차량브레이크장치의 제어방법 및 장치가 제안되고, 여기에서 브레이크 과정에서 최대 브레이크력 전달이 가능한 운전상태에 있어서, 차량의 후차축브레이크의 브레이크력이, 브레이크력 분배 및 드라이브 설정에 의해 설정되는 값 이상으로 또한 상승되고, 한쪽 전차륜에 있어서는 브레이크력 상승이 행해지지 않는다.

제1도는 ABS 및 ASR 기능을 구비한 유압식 브레이크장치의 회로도.
제2도는 브레이크장치를 제어하기 위한 전자식 제어유닛의 전체 블럭회로도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 방법을 컴퓨터프로그램으로서 나타낸 흐름도.
제4a도는 브레이크 페달 스위치상태의 시간선도.
제4b도는 선택된 전차륜브레이크에 있어서 압력의 시간선도.
제4c도는 선택된 후차륜브레이크에 있어서 압력의 시간선도.
Claims (10)
- 드라이브 설정, 전차축 및 후차축의 브레이크간의 소정 브레이크력 분배와는 독립적으로, 적어도 차량의 후차륜에는 브레이크력을 상승가능한 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법에 있어서, 브레이크 과정의, 최대 브레이크력전달이 바람직한 운전 상태에서, 차량 후차축 브레이크의 브레이크력이, 브레이크력 분배 및 드라이브 설정에 의해 설정되는 값 이상으로 상승되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량감속도가 소정 경계값을 넘었을 때에 후차축브레이크의 브레이크력 상승이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 패닉브레이크 상태가 존재할 때 후차축브레이크의 브레이크력 상승이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압식 브레이크장치에서 주브레이크 배관내의 브레이크 압력이 소정의 최대 압력을 넘었을 때에만, 후차축브레이크의 브레이크력 상승이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 한개 이상의 전차륜에서 로크 경향이 검출되었을 때에 후차륜브레이크의 브레이크력 상승이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 후차륜브레이크의 브레이크력 상승은, 운전상태의 검출후 소정 시간 경과한 후에 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 후차륜브레이크의 브레이크력 상승은, 후차륜이 로크 경향을 나타낼 때까지 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크 장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압식 브레이크장치의 브레이크력 상승이, 압력발생수단의 작동에 의해, 조작가능한 밸브에 의한 주브레이크배관의 차단에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차량감속도에 대한 경계값이 처음에 제1값으로 설정되고, 다음에 차량감속도가 소정 경계값을 최초로 넘었을 때에 경계값보다 작은 제2값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어방법.
- 드라이브 설정, 전차축 및 후차축의 브레이크간의 소정 브레이크력 분배와는 독립적으로, 적어도 차량의 후차륜의 브레이크력을 상승시키는 전자식 제어유닛을 구비한 차량브레이크장치의 제어장치에 있어서, 브레이크 과정에, 적어도 최대 브레이크력 전달이 가능한 양오한 운전상태에서, 제어유닛이, 차량의 후차축브레이크의 브레이크력을, 브레이크력 분배 및 드라이브 설정에 의해 설정되는 값 이상으로 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량브레이크장치의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
