Claims (2)

  1. 입력된 어드레스 신호가 지정하는 메모리셀가 기억하는 데이터를 데이터 출력 단자에 전달하는 판독전용 반도체 메모리 장치에 있어, 상기 판독전용 반도체 메모리 장치는 미리 정해진 어드레스 공간을 구비하고, 각각에 상기 미리 정한 어드레스 공간에 있어 미리 정해진 어드레스 영역이 할당되어, 또한 입력 어드레스 신호를 받아, 상기 입력 어드레스 신호가 해할당된 어드레스 영역에 포함되어 있을 때 일치 검출 신호를 발생하는 복수의 일치 검출 수단과, 상기 복수의 일치 검출 수단의 출력에 결합되어, 발생된 일치 검출 신호에 우선 순위를 붙히는 우선 순위 수단과, 그리고 상기 우선 순위 수단에서의 우선 순위가 붙혀진 일치검출 신호에 응답하고, 상기 데이터 출력 단자를 미리 정해진 전위 레벨에 설정하는 전환 수단을 구비하는 판독 전용 반도체 메모리 장치.
  2. 복수의 메모리셀로 되는 어레이 포함하고, 제공된 어드레스 신호가 지정하는 메모리셀을 상기 어레이에서 선택하고, 해선택된 메모리셀이 기억하는 데이터를 데이터 출력단자를 통하여 출력하는 판독 전용 반도체 메모리 장치에 있어, 상기 판독 전용 반도체 메모리 장치는 미리 정해진 어드레스 공간을 구비하고, 각각에 상기 어드레스 공간에 있어 미리 정해진 어드레스 영역이 할당되어, 또한 입력 어드레스 신호를 받고, 상기 입력 어드레스신호가 해할당된 어드레스 영역에 포함될 때 일치 검출 신호를 발생하는 복수의 일치 검출 수단과, 상기 복수의 일치 검출 수단의 출력에 결합되어, 발생된 일치 검출 신호에 우선 순위를 붙혀서 출력하는 우선 순위 수단과, 그리고 상기 우선 순위 수단에서의 출력 신호에 응답하고, 상기 데이터 출력 단자에 미리 정해진 단위 레벨의 데이터와 상기 판독된 메로리셀의 데이터의 어느 한쪽을 선택적으로 전달하는 전환 수단을 구비한 판독 전용 반도체 메모리 장치.
