Claims (13)

1∼5중량%의 질소, 3∼30중량%의 산소 및 40∼95중량%의 탄소를 함유하고, 평균 세공반경이 15∼30A이며, 단, 메조포어가 총 세공 부피에 대하여 50부피%이상을 차지함을 특징으로 하는 활성 탄소재료.
제1항에 있어서, 1∼5중량%의 질소, 3∼10중량%의 산소 및 70∼95중량%의 탄소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 활성 탄소재료.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단백질 또는 단백질-함유 슬러지 또는 폐기 물질을 탄화 및 활성화 처리하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 활성 탄소재료.
제2항에 있어서, 단백질 또는 단백질-함유 슬러지 또는 폐기 물질을 탄화 및 활성화 처리한 후, 산처리와 열처리를 행하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 활성 탄소재료.
제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 단백질 또는 단백질-함유 슬러지 또는 폐기 물질을 미생물 단백질 또는 생물학적 활성 슬러지를 함유하는 활성 탄소재료.
제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 미생물 단백질이 효모, 세균 및 조류로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단백질을 함유하며, 단백질-함유 슬러지 또는 폐기 물질이 공업용 폐수, 배설물 및 가정용 폐수처리에 사용된 생물학적 활성 슬러지로부터 유래된 폐균체 및 아미노산 발효에서 수득된 발효 잔류물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 물질을 함유하는 활성 탄소재료.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 섬유 활성 탄소재료를 환원성 기체 대기하에서 400∼1100℃로 가열하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 활성 탄소 재료.
출발 물질을 임의로 조형한 후 단백질 또는 단백질-함유 슬러지 또는 폐기 물질을 150∼600℃의 온도에서 탄소 처리한 후, 탄화 물질을 주로 증기, 이산화탄소 기체 또는 산소로 구성된 기체 대기하에서 700∼1100℃에서 활성화 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성 탄소재료의 제조방법.
제8항에 있어서, 추가로 산처리와 열처리를 행하고, 열처리가 불황성 기체 또는 환원성 기체를 함유하는 대기내에서 400∼1100℃의 온도에서 수행되는 제조방법.
제9항에 있어서, 제조된 활성 탄소 재료가 1∼5중량%의 질소, 3∼30중량%의 산소 및 70∼95중량%의 탄소를 함유하는 활성 탄소재료의 제조방법.
과산화수소 분해용 촉매로서의 제1항에 따른 활성 탄소 재료의 용도.
히드라진 분해용 촉매로서 제1항에 따른 활성 탄소 재료의 용도.
수질 오염 물질 분해용 촉매로서의 제1항에 따른 활성 탄소 재료의 용도
