제2도및 제3도는 본 발명의 자동 변속장치의 동작을 설명하는 순서도
Claims (4)
- 클러치와 이 클러치의 위치를 검출하여 제어하는 클러치 제어수단과 트랜스미션과 이 트랜스미션을 구동하는 트랜스미션 구동수단과, 차량속도를 검출하는 제1검출수단과 드로틀 개구를 검출하는 제2검출수단과, 차량 속도와 드로틀 개구의 상호관계에 기초하여 미리 설정된 기어변속특성을 지닌 기어변속맵과 상기한 제1, 제2 검출수단으로 부터의 차량속도와 드로틀 개구로 상기한 기어변속맵의 기어변속특성에 따라서 트랜스미션의 기어위치를 계산하는 연산수단과, 이 연산수단에 따라 계산된 기어위치에 기초하여 상기 트랜스미션 구동수단을 제어하는 시프트업 또는 시프트 다운의 변속동작을 하게 하는 기어위치 선택수단등을 구비한 자동변속장치에 있어서, 상기 기어변속맵에 기초한 연산수단의 계산결과인 금회의 기어위치와 전화의 기어위치가 설정시간내에 소정회수가 동일한지 아닌지를 판정하여 소정회수가 동일하지 않는 경우에 상기한 계산결과인 금회의 기어위치를 무효로하여 상기한 기어변속맵에 기초한 변속동작을 금지하는 변속금지수단과, 드로틀 개구가 소정치이하인때는 시프트업 금지상태로하고 또 상기한 드로틀 개구가 소정치 이하인때라도 차속이 저속 또는 클러치가 반 클러치로 부터 떨어지는 방향으로 위치할때 또는 저속기어인때는 상기한 시프트업 금지상태를 해제하는 변속판정수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속장치.
- 클러치와 이 클러치의 위치를 검출하여 클러치 제어수단과 트랜스미션과 트랜스미션을 구동하는 트랜스미션 구동수단과 차량속도를 검출하는 제1검출수단과, 드로틀 개구를 검출하는 제2검출수단과, 차량속도와 드로틀 개구의 상호관계에 따라서 미리설정된 기어변속 특성을 지닌 기어변속맵과 제1, 제2검출수단으로 부터의 차량속도와 드로틀 개구에 따라 기어변속맵의 기어변속특성에 따라서 트랜스미션의 기어위치를 계산하는 연산수단과, 이 연산수단에 따라 계산된 기어위치에 기초하여 트랜스 미션 구동수단을 제어하며 시프트업 또는 시프트다운의 변속동작을 하게 하는 기어위치 선택수단등을 구비한 자동변속장치에 있어서, 상기한 기어변속맵에 기초한 연산수단의 계산결과인 금회의 기어위치와 전회의 기어위치가 설정시간내에 소정회수와 동일한지 아닌지를 판정하여 소정회수와 동일하지 않을 경우에 계산결과인 금회의 기어위치를 무효로 하여 상기한 기어변속맵에 기초한 변속동작을 금지하는 변속금지 수단과 드로틀 개구가, 소정치 이하인때에는 시프트업 금지상태로 하고, 또 드로틀개구가 소정치 이하인때에 있어서도 차속이 저속 또는 클러치가 반 클러치 위치로 부터 떨어지는 방향으로 위치할때 또는 저속기어인때는 시프트업 금지상태를 해제함과 동시에 시프트업 금지상태일때에 가속이 조종되어도 소정시간내는 시프트업 금지상태를 해제하지 않는 변속판정 수단 등을 구비한것을 특징으로하는 자동변속장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속 금지수단은 연산수단으로부터의 기어위치를 기억하는 메모리와 이 메모리에 기억된 전회의 기어위치와 금회의 기어위치의 비교회수를 카운트 하는 카운터 등을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동변속장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기어 변속맵은 설정된 기어의 위치에 따라서 각기 상이한 기어 변속특성을 기억하는 여러개의 맵을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
