Claims (6)
- 광파이버용 모재로부터 광파이버를 용융방사하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법에 있어서, 용융방사로의 바로 아래쪽에 노심관을 내부에 구비하고 이 노심관안을 광파이버가 통과할 수 있도록 한 가열로를 설치하여 광파이버를 가열하면서 선으로 뽑아내고, 상기 노심관의 내부는 불활성가스분위기, 산소가스를 함유하는 분위기 및 수소가스를 함유하는 분위기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 분위기로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열로의 온도가 500∼1500℃인것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열로에 넣기 직전의 광파이버의 온도가 500∼1500℃것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열로내에서의 광파이버의 잔류시간이 0.1∼10초인것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열로의 갯수는 적어도 하나이며, 복수개의 가열로를 설치한 경우에는 각 가열로의 온도를 독립적으로 제어할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노심관은 석영, 고순도 카아본, 열분해성 흑연이 피복된 카아본 및 Sic가 피복된 고순도 카아본으로 구성된 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버의 선뽑기방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
