Abstract

a. Four pour très hautes températures. b. Il se distingue en ce que l'élément chauffant 30, de forme cylindrique, est percé d'un pluralité de laboratoires identiques 311 -314 dont les axes sont régulièrement échelonnés sur un cylindre de perçage correspondant à la région de température maximale créée par l'enroulement d'induction. Avantageusement il est percé en outre d'une cheminée 32 cylindrique coaxiale d'un diamètre permettant de symétriser la température de part et d'autre dudit cylindre de perçage des laboratoires. c. Utilisable en particulier à l'étirage de matériaux filables, par exemple de preformes à base de silice pour fibres optiques.
