Claims (3)

  1. 기체불투과성의 내열재료로 형성된 머플관과 머플관을 둘러싸고 있는 노본체내의 발열체와, 상기 머플관내에 모재를 삽입하므로써 석영 유리모재의 가열처리를 위하여 발열체부근의 상기 머플관내에 착탈가능하게 부착된 내열부재로 형성된 내부원통을 구비한 광파이버용 고순도석영모제 제조용 가열로에 있어서, 상기 머플관이 기체 불투과성의 탄화규소를 피복한 고순도카아본, 기체불투과성의 탄화규소를 피복한 탄화규소소결체, 기체불투과성의 탄화규소 및 기체불투과성의 카아본을 피복한 고순도 카아본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 재료로 형성되고, 상기 내부원통이 고순도카아본, 기체불투과성탄화규소를 피복한 고순도카아본 및 기체불투과성의 카아본을 피복한 고순도 카아본으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 광파이버용 고순도석영모재제조용 가열로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머플관 내부원통 및 상기 머플관에 필요한 임의의 요소를 구성하는 고순도 카아본제 부품의 적어도 하나가 메조페이스분을 자체 소결하여 얻어진 흑연재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 광파이버용 고순도 석영모재제조용 가열로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머플관, 내부원통 및 상기 머플관에 필요한 임의의 요소를 구성하는 고순도 카아본제 부품의 적어도 하나가, 최대입자경 50㎛ 이하이고, 평균입자경 20㎛이하인 원료로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 원료로 구성된 고순도흑연재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 고순도 석영모재제조용 가열로.
