Claims (17)
- (a) 카본(carbon)또는 그라파이트 섬유(graphite fibers)를 포함하는 복합재(composite)또는 다른 세라믹 섬유와 카본 또는 다른 세라믹재의 매트릭스(matrix)로 구성된 프레폼 컵(preform cup)과, (b)실리콘니트리드, 시알론(slalom), 실리콘카바이드, 보론니트리드 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그툽에서 선택한 상기 캡의 코팅으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 용접용컵(welding cup).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레폼컵은 주로 그라파이트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레폼컵은 탄소함유 세라믹섬유복합재로 구성되고, 상기 세라믹섬유는 브레이디드 세라믹섬유복합재슬리브(sleeve)임을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 브레이디드세라믹섬유복합재 슬리브는 알루미늄보로실리케이트섬유로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프레폼컵은 그 코팅이 실리콘니트리드임을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프레폼컵에는 그 코팅이 실리콘니트리드임을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본복합체의 프레폼컵에서는 그 섬유가 그라파이트임을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본복합체의 프레폼컵에서는 그 섬유가 세라믹섬유임을 특징으로 하는 상기 용접용컵.
- 용접용컵을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 카본, 또는 그라파이트섬유 또는 다른 세라믹섬유를 함유한 복합재와 카본매트릭스 또는 다른 세라믹재에서 컵프레폼(cup preform)을 형성시켜, 그 컵프레폼을 실리콘니트리드, 시알론, 실리콘카바이드, 보론니트리드 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 재료로 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 화학적증착에 의해 처리함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 실리콘니트리드임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 컵프레폼음 그라파이트임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 컵프레폼은 브레이딛르세라믹섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 브레이디드세라믹섬유는 알루미늄보로실리케이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 불활성가스금속용접용컵을 사용하여 용접하는 방법(process)에 있어서, (a) 카본 또는 그라파이트섬유 또는 다른 세라믹섬유를 포함하는 복합재계와 카본 또는 다른 세라믹재의 매트릭스의 구성하는 프레폼컵과, (b) 실리콘니트리드, 시알론, 실리콘카바이드, 보론니트리드 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 상기 프레폼컵상의 코팅을 구성하는 컵을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 컵은 실리콘니트리드로 코팅한 그라파이트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
