Claims (4)
- 다공성의 섬유 강화 복합재료에 대하여, 반응 계분자의 기체와 불활성의 담체 입자와의 혼합기체에 의해 생성물을 증착시키는 화학증착을 실시해서, 상기 섬유 강화복합재료의 내부에서의 생성물의 석출 부착에 의한 저기공율화를 행하는 고밀도 섬유 강화복합재료의 제조방법으로서, 상기 담체가 유동하는 유동층내에 증착대상물인 상기 섬유 강화복합재료를 위치시켜서 상기 화학증착을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고밀도 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화복합재료의 강화섬유로서, 위스커, 단섬유, 페이퍼, 펠트, 장섬유, 부직포, 2차원직포, nD재(n3)중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 것을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 섬유 강화 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합재료의 강화섬유로서, SiC, Si3N4, B등의 세라믹스섬유 혹은 위스커중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 것 및 탄소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 섬유 강화 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합재료의 매트릭스로서, SiC, Si3N4, SiO2, TiC, Al2O3, B4C, TiN, BN등의 세라믹스중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 것 및 탄소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 섬유강화 복합재료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
