Claims (7)
- 흑연으로된 기재와, 이 기재의 표면을 피복하는 질화붕소층과, 이 기재와 절화붕소층 사이에 존재하는 붕소화합물 및 흑연의 확산층을 갖춘 질화붕소 피복 흑연으로 된 질화붕소복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 확산층은 절화붕소 및 흑연의 확산층, 질화붕소, 탄화붕소 및 흑연의 확산층, 질화붕소, 붕산 및 흑연의 확산층 또는 질화붕소, 탄화붕소, 붕산 및 흑연의 확산층의 어느것인 질화붕소 복합재.
- 흑연성형체를 산소함유 붕소증기와 질소함유가스의 혼합가스에 접촉시키고, 전기한 접촉하에 1400-2200℃의 온도로 가열하고, 질화붕소와 탄소가 견고하게 결합한 질화붕소 피복흑연으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소 복합재의 제조방법.
- 흑연성형체를 산소함유 붕소증기와 질소함유가스의 혼합가스에 접촉시키고, 전기한 접촉하에 1400-2200℃의 온도로 가열하고, 표면에 질화붕소를 생성시킨후, 그 처리면에 질화붕소의 피복층을 형성시켜 질화붕소 피복흑연을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소 복합재의 제조방법.
- 세라믹 섬유로된 기재와, 이 기재와 임의의 형상으로 물리적으로 긴밀하게 결합하는 질화붕소로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소 복합재.
- 흑연과 세라믹 섬유의 혼합체를 산소함유 붕소증기와 질소함유가스의 혼합가스에 접촉시키고, 전기한 접촉하에 l400-2200℃의 온도로 가열하여, 질화붕소와 세라믹 섬유를 물리적으로 긴밀하게 결합한 복합재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소 복합재의 제조방법.
- 탄소섬유를 산소함유 붕소증기와 질소함유가스의 혼합가스에 접촉시키고, 전기한 접촉하에 1400~2200℃의 온도로 가열하여 탄소를 질화붕소섬유로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소 섬유의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
