제1도는 본 발명의 자체지지성 세라믹 복합체를 제조하는데 사용되는 조립체의 횡단면도, 제2도는 다수의 관통구멍을 가진 흑연 내화용기의 저면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 자체지지성 세라믹 복합체를 제조하는데 사용되는 조립체의 횡단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 침전 캐스팅, 슐립 캐스팅 및 등압 프레싱을 포함하는 공정중 적어도 하나의공정을 사용하여, 보론 카바이드 및 카본 제공물질과 보론 제공물질의 혼합물로 구성된 물질 그룹으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 다공성 주형에 접촉시켜 예비형체를 제조하는 단계, 불활성 분위기 하에서 모금속을 그 융점 이상의 온도로 가열하여 용융 모금속을 형성하고, 이 용용 모금속을 상기 예비형체에 접촉시키는 단계, 상기 모금속이 상기 예비형체내로 용침하는데 충분한 시간동안, 그리고 상기 용융 모금속이 상기 예비형체와 반응하여 적어도 하나의 보론함류 화합물을 형성하는데 충분한 시간동안 상기 온도를 유지하는 단계: 및 적어도 하나의 모금속 보론함유 화합물을 포함하는 자체 지지성 복합체를 생성시키는데 충분한 시간동안 상기 용침반응을 계속 진행시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체지지성 세라믹 복합체 제조 방법.
