- 자체 지지성 세라믹 복합체를 제작하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은 모금속을 선택하는 단계, 용융 모금속을 복합체를 형성하도록 불활성 분위기에서 상기 모금속을 대체로 용융점 이상의 온도로 가열하는 단계, 용융 모금속체를 보론 니트라이드를 구비한 침투될 수 있는 체에 접촉시키는 단계, 적어도 하나의 보론 함유 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 침투될 수 있는 체로 용융 모금속이 용침허용되고 그리고 상기 본론 니트라이드와 용융 모금속이 반응되도록 충분한 시간으로 상기 온도를 유지하는 단계, 그리고 적어도 하나의 모금속 보론 함유 혼합물을 구비하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 복합체를 제작하기 위해 충분한 시간에 걸쳐 용침 및 반응을 연속 하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 복합체 제작방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄, 티타늄, 하프늄, 베다듐, 크롬, 니오늄, 탄타늄, 몰리브데늄 및 텅스텐을 포함하는 금속군으로 부터 선택된 금속을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 복합체 제작방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄, 티타늄, 하프늄, 베나듐, 크롬, 니오늄, 탄타늄, 몰리브데늄 및 텅스텐을 포함하는 금속군으로 부터 선택된 금속을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 복합체 제작방법.
