Claims (3)
- 모금속을 선택하는 단계와, 상기 모금속을 그 모금속의 용융점 이상의 온도까지 불활성 분위기에서 가열하여 용융모금속을 탄화붕소로 구성된 층속으로 용침시키고 용융 모금속을 상기 탄화붕소와 반응시켜 적어도 하나의 붕소함유 화합물을 만드는 단계와, 적어도 하나의 모금속 붕소함유 화합물로 구성되는 자체 지지체를 만드는데 충분한 시간동안 상기 용침반응을 진행시키는 단계와, 상기 자체지지체의 적어도 한 표면에 과다한 금속을 제공하여 제2물체에 상기 자체지지체를 접합시키는 단계에 의하여 제1복합체를 만드는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체지지체의 제조방법.
- 탄화붕소로 구성되는 층을 모금속으로 반응 용침시키는데 상기 반응용침은 불활성 분위기에서 실시하여 상기 탄화붕소와 상기 모금속이 반응하므로 반응용침된 물체속에 적어도 하나의 붕소함유 화합물을 형성시키는 단계와, 과다한 양의 모금속을 제공하여 냉각함에 따라 모금속이 반응용침된 물체에 접합되어 남아 있으므로 마크로 복합체를 만드는 단계로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체지지성 마크로 복합체의 제조방법.
- 모금속을 선택하는 단계와, 상기 모금속을 그 모금속의 용융점 이상의 온도까지 불활성 분위기에서 가열하여 탄화붕소로 구성된 층속으로 용융금속을 용침시키고 용융 모금속을 상기 탄화붕소와 반응시켜 적어도 하나의 붕소함유 화합물을 만드는 단계와, 적어도 하나의 모금속 붕소함유 화합물로 구성되는 자체 지지체를 만드는데 충분한 시간동안 상기 용침반응을 진행시키는 단계와, 상기 제조된 자체지지체의 적어도 일부와 다른 금속을 접촉 접합시켜 마크로 복합체를 만드는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체지지성 마크로 복합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
