Abstract
Un método mejorado para la fabricación de una fibra óptica con el que el tubo de cristal es formado alrededor de un conducto vertical de aporte de gas, haciendo descender a dicho tubo de cristal a través de una zona caliente dónde es reblandecido y el orificio deformado y donde dicho tubo es estirado para convertirle en una fibra y con el que el conducto de aporte de gas está dispuesto de tal modo que haga la descarga de los vapores reactivos de formación del depósito dentro del tubo en una zona por encima de donde el orificio es deformado.
