제 2 도 실시예 8로부터 수득된 비엔나 소시지형 흡수성 수지(A 18)의 입자구조를 나타내는 광학현미경 사진.
Claims (13)
100-600㎛의 평균입자경을 가짐과 동시에 입자경 분포가 대수표준차 값()으로 0.35 또는 그 이하이며, 입자표면이 가교화 처리 됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지.
길이와 폭간이 비율이 1.5~20의 범위내에 있음으로 해서 각이없는 비구형의 입자표면이 가교화 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성수지.
제 2 항에 있어서, 입자길이가 100~10,000㎛의 범위내에 있으며, 입자폭이 10~2,000㎛의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지.
100-600㎛의 평균입자경을 가지며, 입자경분포가 대수표준편자값()으로 0.35 또는 그 이하인 중합체 분말의 표면이 가교화 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
평균 입자길이와 평균입자폭간의 비율이 1.5~20임과 동시에 각이지지 않은 비구형 중합체 분말의 표면이 가교화 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 중합체 분말의 함수율이 중량비로 10%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 4 항, 제 5 항 또느 제 6 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에틸렌 상으로 불포화된 수용성 모노머의 수용액이 B형 회전 점도계로 측정하여 (25℃, 0.6㎛) 15cps 또는 그 이상의 점도를 가지며 분산제로서 스쿠로스 지방산 에스테르 및/또는 플리글리세롤 지방산 에스테르를 사용하며 중합-불활소수성 유기용제(polymerization-inert hydrophobic organic solvent) 내에서 분산 및 현탁화 됨과 동시에 급격중합 반응 개시제에 의해 중합 됨으로써 중합체 분발로 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 7 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 상으로 불포화된 수용성 모노머 수용액의 점도가 15~5,000cps 의 범위내에서 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 7항에 있어서, 에틸렌 상으로 불포화된 수용성 모노머 수용액의 점도가 5,000~1,000,000cps 의 범위내에서 조절됨과 동시에 단지 스쿠로스 지방산 에스테르 만이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항, 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가교화 철리를 할때의 가교제가 분자내에 중합체 분말의 관능기를 위한 둘 또는 그 이상의 반응기를 가지는 것이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 10 항에 있어서, 가교제를 수분 및 친수성 유기용제와 혼합함으로써 마련된 처리용액의 형태로된 가교제가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 11 항에 있어서, 가교제, 수분 및 친수성 유기 용제의 조성비가 중합체 분말에 대한 중량비로 각각 0.005~20%, 0.1~5% 및 0.01~6%로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 중합체 분말이 처리용액과 혼합된 후 40~250℃로 가열됨과 동시에 등 중합체 분말이 표면이 가교화 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제법.
