Claims (13)
- 탈소수 8이하인 일가 탈화수소 래디칼로 치환된 비닐렌 카보네이트 또는 그들의 유도체로부터 유도되는 단위와 그들과 공중합할 수 있는 최소 하나의 다른 단량체로 필수적으로 구성되고, 폴리머 입자의 평균입자 크기는 20 내지 800㎛의 범위이며, 여기소 폴리머 입자는 필수적이로 구상이며, 평균 구경이 5 내지 1.000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐렌카보네이트폴리머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 구경이 10 내지 500인 폴리머.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비닐렌 카보네이트 단위의 양이 총폴리머네 대해 5 내지 90몰%인 폴리머.
- 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 비닐렌 카보네이트 단위가 친수성 그룹을 가진 단량체로 부터 유도된 단위를 함유하는 폴리머.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가교결합하는 단량체 단위를 함유함으로서 가교 결합된 폴리머.
- 분산안정제 및 래디칼 개시제의 존재하에, 중합상태에서 단량체 및 폴리머를 용해하지 않는 액상 분신 매체중에서 비닐렌 카보네이트와 중공합할수 있는 최소 하나의 단량체와 탄소수 8이하인 일가 탄화수소 래디칼로 치환된 비닐렌 카보네이트 또는 그의 유도체와를 중합시켜 제1항 내지 5항의 어느 하나의 폴리머를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 분산 안정제로서, 알킬그룹중의 탄소수 6 내지 30인 비닐 알킬에테르와 말레산 무수물의 공중합체, 카복실산 그룹중의 탄소수 6 내지 30인 비닐에테르, 탄소수 8 내지 30인 비교적 장쇄인-올레핀등을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 비닐렌 카보네이트 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분산안정제를 단량체 혼합물의 중량비 0.005내지 10%인 양을 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 분산 안정제가 교호 공중합체인 방법.
- 제6항 내지 8항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 분산안정제로 사용한 공중합체의 RSV 치가 0.01 내지 1.0[dl/g](25℃에서 0.6%농도의 톨루엔 용액중에서 측정)인 방법.
- 제6항 내지 9항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 비닐알킬에테르가 비닐 스테아릴 에테르이고, 비교적 장쇄인-올레핀이 1-옥타데센인 방법.
- 제6항 내지 10항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 탄소수 6 내지 20인 탄화수소 또는 저점도 액상 파라핀을 액상 분산제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 11항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 비이드 폴리머의 다공성을 증가시키기 위해서, 종합시스템이 단량체와 용이하게 용해 또는 혼화할 수 있는 물질, 분산 매체중에서 사실상 불용성인 물질을 함유하는 방법.
