Claims (7)
- 산화제, 수산화암모늄 수용액 및 다음 구조식을 가지는 사급 암모늄 화합물의 존재 중에서, 탄화수소 분류물을 메르갑탄을 이황화무로 산화시키는데 유효한 흡착성 지지체 상에 분산시킨 금속 킬레이트로 된 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 것으로 되는 메르캅탄 함유 사우어(sour)탄화수소 분류물을 스위트닝(sweetening)시키는 방법.상기식에서, R은 최대로 탄소수 20을 가지는 탄화수소기로서, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 알카릴, 및 아랄킬로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며, R1은 탄소수 5내지 20을 가지는 직쇄 알킬기이고, R2는 아릴, 알카릴 및 아랄킬로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 탄화수소기이며, X는 히드록시드, 할라이드, 니트레이트, 니트리트, 설페이트, 포스페이트, 아세테이트, 시트레이트 및 타르타레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 음이온이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수산화암모늄이 탄화수소 분류물에 대해 0.1 내지 20wppm 농도로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 킬레이트가 금속 프탈로시아닌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사급 암모늄 화합물이 수산화물 또는 할로겐화물이며, 탄화수소 분류물에 대해 0.05 내지 500wppm 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물이 또한 일반식[R'(R)yM]+X-[여기서, R은 최대로 탄소수 20을 가지는 탄화수소기로서, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 알카릴 및 아랄킬로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며, R'는 탄소수 5내지 20을 가지는 직쇄 알킬기이고, M은 인(포스포늄 화합물), 질소(암모늄 화합물), 비소(아르소늄 화합물), 안티몬(스티보늄 화합물), 산소(옥소늄 화합물)또는 황(술포늄 화합물)이고, X는 히드록시드이고, M이 산소 또는 황일 때 y는 2이고, M이 인, 질소, 비소 또는 안티몬일 때 y는 3임]을 가지는 오늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 오늄 화합물이 암모늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액이 메탄올을 함유하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
