Abstract
본 발명은 수은을 함유하는 기체로부터 수은을 동시에 수집 및 석출하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 이 방법은 부가의 산화제의 사용의 필요없이 황화수소(기체)가 연속적으로 그리고 간헐적으로 주입됨과 동시에 [I2Hg]2-또는[(SCN)4Hg]2-같은 반산에서 안정한 수은착물(Ⅱ)을 함유하는 용액으로 살포되는 세척탑내로 수은기체를 통과시키는 것으로 구성된다. 수은의 수집 및 석출과 수은착물(Ⅱ)을 포함하는 용액의 재생이 1단계에서 동시에 이루어진다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실행하는 방식을 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 반산에서 안정한 Hg의 화합물(Ⅱ)을 함유하며 현탁상태의 활성탄을 함유할 수 있는 용액이 제공된 세척탑내에서 수은을 함유하는 가스를 접촉시킴에 의해 수은을 함유기체로부터 동시에 수집하고 석출시키는 연속 방법에 있어서 황화수은으로서의 Hg의 수집 및 석출과 Hg(Ⅱ)착물의 재생이 동시에 이루어지며 상기 세척탑속에서 기상 황화수소의 주입에 의해 1단계로만 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탑내로 주입된 황화수소의 양은 기체내의 수은의 양에 대응하여 화학양론적 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주입된 황화수소의 양은 살포용액속에 함유된 Hg(Ⅱ)의 분석에 의해 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수은(Ⅱ)과 착물을 형성하는 음이온은 착물[(SCN)4Hg]2-를 형성하기 위한 티오시안산이거나 착물[I2Hg]2-을 형성하기 위한 요오드음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 용액내의 수은량은 티오시안산음이온이 수은(Ⅱ)킬레이트제로서 사용될 때는 항상 적어도3.0g/1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 용액내의 수은량은 요오드음이온이 수은(Ⅱ)킬레이트제로서 사용될 때는 항상 적어도3.0g/1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수은(Ⅱ)과 착물을 형성하는 음이온의 농도는 상기 착물을 형성하는데 필요한 화학양론적 양보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
