Claims (22)
- a) 황에 대한 H2S 산화 반응물을 포함한 약한 CO2와 COS 선택적 흡수 복합물을 유황화합물 가스 유출에 접촉시키고 ;b) 흡수된 CO2, 흡수된 COS, 고체황과 환원 반응물을 포함하는 흡수 혼합물에서 유황분이 없는 가스 유출을 분리하고 ;c) 단계 b)에서 분리된 흡수 혼합물을 제거하여, 고체황과 환원 반응물을 포함하는 제거된 흡수 혼합물과 CO2와 COS로 이루어지는 가스 유출을 형성시키고 ;d) CO2와 COS로 이루어지는 단계 c)로부터의 가스 유출을 COS 가수분해를 유발시키는 촉매와 물의 존재하에서 접촉시킨 후, 이 촉매로부터 CO2, H2S 포함 가스유출을 분리시키고 ;e) 단계 d)에서 분리된 가스유출에서 H2S를 제거하는 단계로 구성되는, H2S, CO2, COS를 포함하는 황화물 함유 가스유출로부터 H2S, CO2, COS를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,f) 산소 함유 가스를 단계 c)로부터의 흡수 혼합물과 접촉시킴으로써 이 흡수 혼합물을 재생성하고 ;g) 단계 f)에서의 재생성전에 제거된 흡수 혼합물로부터 또느 단계 f)에서의 재생성 후에 흡수 혼합물로부터 황을 제거하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 f)에서 재생성된 반응 흡수 혼합물의 최소한 일부분을 단계 a)에서 약한 흡수 복합물로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 d)에서 분리된 가스유출은 황에 대한 H2S 산화 반응물을 포함하는 약한 CO2와 COS 선택적 흡수 복합물과 단계 e)에서 접촉되고, 흡수된 CO2, 고체황 그리고 환원된 반응물을 포함하는 흡수 혼합물로부터 정제가스를 분리하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 f)에서 재생성된 반응 흡수 혼합물의 적어도 일부분을 단계 e)에서 약한 흡수 복합물로 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 단계 e)에서 사용된 흡수 혼합물의 적어도 일부분을 단계 a)에서 약한 흡수 복합물로 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 단계 e)에서의 약한 흡수 복합물로 사용될 재생성된 반응 흡수 혼합물의 부분이 작은 부분인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계 e)에서의 흡수 혼합물 부분은 단계 e)에서 사용되지 않은 단계 f)에서의 재생성된 흡수 혼합물의 부분과 합해지고, 이 혼합된 혼합물에서 황을 제거하여 단계 a)에서의 약한 복합물로 사용되는 흡수 혼합물을 산출하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 d)에서 분리된 가스유출은 황에 대한 H2S 산화 반응물을 포함하는 수용액과 단계 e)에서 접촉되고, 환원된 반응물을 포함하는 황함유 수용 복합물로부터 정제가스를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, H2S는 단계 d)에서 분리된 가스유출을 H2S 흡수제와 접촉시킴으로써 단계 e)에서 제거되고, H2S 포함 흡수제로부터 정제가스를 분리하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, H2S 포함 흡수제는 재생성되어 이와 동시에 H1S가 풍부한 가스를 형성하고, 재생성된 흡수제는 단계 d)에서 분리된 가스유출과 단계 e)에서 접촉되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, H2S가 풍부한 가스는 단계 a)를 통과하여 황으로 변환되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 12항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 황에 대한 H2S 산화반응물은 하나 또는 그 이상의 다원자가 금속이온 또는 다원자가 금속 킬레이트 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 반응물은 다음 구조식(A) 또는 구조식(B)를 갖는 산, 또는 이들 산의 혼합물을 포함하는 다원자가 금속의 복합물인 방법.(X)3n-N-(Y)n(A)상기 식에서, n은 1에서 3까지의 정수이고, Y는 카르복시메틸 또는 2-카르복시에틸기이고, X는 2-하이드록시에틸 또는 2-하이이록시프로필기 또는 1에서 4탄소원자의 알킬기이다.(B)상기 식에서, Y의 2-4개는 카르복시메틸 또는 2-카르복시에틸기를 나타내고, Y의 0-2개는 2-하이드록시에틸, 또는 다음 식의 기이다.이때 Y는 카르복시메틸, 2-카르복시에틸, 2-하이록시에틸 또는 2-하이드로록시프로필기이고, R은 에틸렌, 트리메틸렌, 1-메틸-에틸렌, 1,2-사이클로헥실렌 또는 1,2-벤질렌기이다.
- 제14항에 있어서, n이 3인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 반응물은 에틸렌디아민에서 유도된 아미노아세트산을 포함하는 다원자가 금속의 배위혼합물인 방법.
- 제13항 내지 16항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 다원자가 금속이철인 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제15항에 있어서, 반응물은 니트릴로트리아세트산을 포함하는 철의 배위 혼합물인 방법.
