친수성 중합체의 제조방법

제1도는 대조예1에서 사용되는 반응용기에 장치된 회전교반 블레이드의 도이다. 제2도는 대조예1에서 사용되는 반응용기의 전면도이다. 제3도는 대조예1의 중합 반응 20회분 후, 반응용기의 내변에 물질이 퇴적된 상태를 설명하는 도이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 친수성 단량체 수용액 또는 친수성 중합체 및 기체에 반복적으로 노출되는 반응용기의 내변 표면의 적어도 일부가, 3㎛를 넘지 않도록 조절된 조면도 Rmax를 갖는 것과 동시에, 상술한 내벽 표면의 부위가 그 부위의 후면으로부터 냉각매체에 의해 70℃이하의 온도로 일정하게 냉각되는 반응용기에서 상술한 친수성 단량체를 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 회전교반 블레이드가 장치된 반응용기에서 친수성 단량체 수용액을 함유하는 액체를 중합 시킴으로써 친수성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 회전 교반 블레이드의 표면 및 반응용기의 내벽이 스텐레스 스틸 또는 스텐레스 주철로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조면도가 0.5㎛이하로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 조면도가 0.1㎛이하로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 조면도가 침액 전해 연마에 의해 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 조면도가 전해 복합 연마에 의해 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응용기가 복수의 회전 교반 블레이드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 복수의 회전 교반 블레이드를 갖는 반응 용기가 2축-스크류 혼련기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 조면도의 조절이 반응용기의 내벽표면 전체에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 조면도의 조절이 회전 교반블레이드의 표면전체에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응용기의 내벽 표면 전체가 냉각매체로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 회전 교반 블레이드에 냉각 매체통로가 구비되어 있고, 그 냉각 매체를 사용하여 회전교반 블레이드가 안으로부터 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체가 (A)아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 그의 알칼리 금속염 및 암모늄염으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 단량체 및 (B)상기 단량체 (A)를 기준으로 0.001~50몰%의 가교성 단량체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 중합초기단계에서 상기 단량체 수용액의 농도가 10~50중량%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각매체의 온도가 60℃이하인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 냉각매체의 온도가 50℃이하인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 냉각매체의 온도가 40℃이하인 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 냉각매체의 온도가 30℃이하인 방법.
