제1도는 본 발명 방법에서 사용되는 반응장치의 일예를 내타낸 개략단면도. 제4도는 반응장치의 다른예를 나타낸 개략 단면도. 제5도는 제4도에 나타낸 반응용기와 가열장치와 건조기와의 일예를 나타낸 개략단면도.
Claims (12)
- 수용액 중합에 의하여 가교구조를 형성하여 함수겔상 중합체로되는 단량체의 수용액과 중합개시제를 교반익을 갖는 서로 평행인 복수개의 회전교반축을 갖는 응기내에 연속적으로 공급하고 중합의 진행에 따라서 생성하는 함수겔상 중합체를 이 교반촉의 회전에 의한 교반익의 전단력에 의하여 새분하면서 라디칼 수용액 중합을 행하고, 그리고 이와같이 하여서 생성한 세분화된 함수겔상 중합체를 연속적으로 용기외로 배출함으로써 된 가교중합체의 연속 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 단량체의 수용액 농도가 10~80중량 : 인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 복수의 회전 교반축을 갖는 용기가 쌍팔형니더인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 복수의 회전교반축을 갖는 용기가 밴버리형 교반익을 갖는 서로 평행인 복수의 회전 교반축과 배출용 스쿠류를 갖는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어, 생성된 함수겔상 중합체가 그 반응용기의 배출구 부근에 형성된 조개형 날개의 회전에 의하여 연속적으로 그 반응 용기로부터 배출되는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어, 생성한 함수겔상 중합체가 그 반응용기의 배출구 부근의 뚝보다 범람하여 연속적으로 그 반응용기로부터 배출되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 그 반응용기로부터 연속적으로 배출되는 함수겔상 중합체가 후가열되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어 단량체는 α,β-에틸렌성불포화 단량체와, 50몰%이하의 가교성 단량체로 되는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어, 단량체가 아크릴산과 메타크릴산 및 이들의 알카금속염 또는 암모늄염 아크릴아미드 및 메타크릴아미드써된 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(A)와 분자내에 적어도 2개의 중합성 2중 결합을 갖는 가교성 단량체(B)로써된 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어, 단량체의 수용액 농도가 20~60중량%인 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어, α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(A)에 대한 가교성 단량체(B)의 비율이 0.0005~5몰%인 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어, 반응이 60~110℃의 온도에서 행해지는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
