Claims (8)

  1. 자동차의 실제의 차속을 검출하기 위한 차속센서와, 자동차의 목표차속을 설정하기 위한 수단과, 목표 차속과 실제의 차속과의 사이의 차속편차를 구하기 위한 수단과, 상기 차속편차의 크기에 따라, 운전파라미터를 제어하는 복수의 제어모우드를 미리갖춘 수단과, 차속편차의 크기에 따른 하나의 제어모우드를 선택하고, 이 선택한 제어모우드에 따라, 운전파라미터를 제어하는 수단으로 이루어지고, 자동차에 탑재된 엔진의 출력을 조정하는 운전파라미터를 제어해서, 자동차의 차속을 목표차속의 근처에 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 제어모우드를 실시하기 위하여, 차속편차가 정의값일때, 엔진의 출력을 감소시키도록, 소정의 정도로, 운전파라미터를 변화시키는 제1의 루울과, 차속편차가 부의 값일때, 엔진의 출력을 증가시키도록, 소정의 강도(부정관사)로, 운전파라미터를 변화시키는 제2의 루울과, 전회얻어진 차속편차와 금회얻어진 차속편차로부터 구하여지는 자동차의 가속도가 정의 값일때, 엔진의 출력을 감소시키도록, 제1의 루울의 경우보다도 큰정도로, 운전파라미터를 변화시키는 제3의 루울과, 가속도가 부의 값일때, 엔진의 출력을 증가시키도록, 제2의 루울에서의 경우보다도, 큰 정도로, 운전파라미터를 변화시키는 제4의 루울고, 제1 내지 제4의 루울에 대응해서 갖추어지고, 차속편차의 크기에 의거하여 변화하는 메버십 함수와, 제1 내지 제4의 루울에 대응해서 갖추어지고, 각 멤버십 함수의 함수치에 의거해서, 운전파라미터의 변화량을 결정하기 위한 파라미터함수와, 현재의 운전파라미터의 값을 의거해서, 계인을 결정하기 위한 계인함수가 준비되어 있고, 상기 제어모우드는 각 멤버십 함수로부터 구하여진 함수치중, 그 최대치를 취하는 멤버십 함수에 대응한 루울을 선택하고, 이 선택된 루울에 대응하는 파라미터 함수로부터 운전파라미터의 변화량을 구하는 제1의 스텝과, 이 변화량에, 계인함수로부터 구하여지는 계인을 승산하는 제2의 스텝과, 제2의 스텝에서 얻은 적산치에, 현재의 운전파라미터의 값을 가산하여, 운전파라미터의 목표로하는 변화량을 구하는 제3의 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 제어모우드는, 전회얻은 차속편차와 금회얻은 차속편차의 차로부터 가속도를 구하는 제1의 스텝과, 차속에 따른 목표가속도를 구하는 제2의 스텝과, 목표가속도와 구하게된 가속도와의 사이의 가속도편차를 구하는 제3의 스텝과, 차속편차 및 가속도편차의 각각에, 차속에 따라서, 결정되는 차속계인 및 가속계인을 승산한 적산치를 구하고, 이들 적산치를 가산해서 얻은 값에 값에 의거하여, 운전파라미터의 변화량을 구하는 제4의 스텝과, 제4의 스텝에서 얻은 운전파라미터의 변화량에, 현재의 운전파라미터의 값을 가산해서, 운전파라미터의 목표로 하는 변화량을 구하는 제5의 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 제어모우드는, 전회얻은 차속편차와 금회얻은 차속편차의 차로부터 가속도를 구하는 제1의 스텝과, 동가속도에 따른 목표가 속도를 구하는 제2의 스텝과 목표가속도와 구하여진 가속도와의 사이의 가속도편차를 구하는 제3의 스텝과, 가속도편차에 차속에 따라서 결정되는 가속도 계인을 승산한 적산치에, 엔치의 회전수의 변화에 따른 출력변화를 보정하는 보정치를 가산해서, 운전파라미터의 변화량을 구하는 제4의 스텝과, 운전파라미터의 변화량에 현재의 운전파라미터의 값에 따라서 결정되는 계인 승산해서, 이 적산치에 현재의 운전파라미터의 값을 가산해서, 운전파라미터의 목표로 하는 변화량을 구하는 제5의 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 운전파라미터는, 엔진의 드로틀밸브의 개방도인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  6. 자동차의 실제의 차속을 검출하기 위한 차속센서와, 자동차의 목표속도를 설정하기 위한 수단과, 드로틀밸브의 개방도를 주기적으로 검출하는 드로틀 개방도센서와, 드로틀 개방도센서에 의해 금회검출된 드로틀 밸브의 개방도를 차회드로틀밸브의 개방도가 검출될때까지의 동안 유지한다고 가정하였을때, 차속의 변화를 추정해서 차속의 보정치를 구하기 위한 수단과, 차속센서에 의해 검출한 차속을 상기 보정치로 보정한 보정 차속을 구하기 위한 수단과, 보정차속에 의거하여, 차속이 목표차속으로 되도록 드로틀밸브의 개방도를 제어하는 수단으로 이루어지고, 자동차에 탭재된 엔진의 출력을 조정하는 드로틀밸브의 개방도를 제어해서, 자동차의 차속을 목표차속의 근처에 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  7. 자동차에 탑재된 엔지의 출력을 조정하는 드로틀밸브의 개방도를 제어해서, 자동차의 차속을 목표차속의 근처에 유지하는 정속주행 제어장치로서, 상기 정속주행 제어장치가 자동변속장치를 포함하고, 이 자동변속장치에 의한 변속단의 절환이 드로틀밸브의 개방도와 차속에 따라, 자동변속장치에서의 절환해야할 변속단을 규정하는 제2의 시프트선돌를 준비하는 수단과, 적어도 정속주행 제어중에 있어서, 드로틀밸브의 개방도를 검출하기 위한 드로틀개방센서와, 적어도 정속주행제어중에 있어서, 자동차의 차속을 검출하기 위한 차속센서와, 정속주행제어중, 드로틀 개방도센서로 검출한 드로틀밸브의 개방도 및 차속센서로 감출한 차속의 값으로부터, 제2의 시프트선도에 의거하여, 자동변속 장치의 변속단을 절환시키기 위한 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 시프트선도는 상기 제1의 시프트선도보다도 비교적 드로틀개방도가 작은쪽으로 설정된 영역을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 정속주행 제어장치.
