Claims (6)
- 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤(ABS) 또는 등판 발진 보조콘트롤 하는 방법이며, 스키드 콘트롤 시스템(ABS)에 소속하는 콤포넌트, 예컨대 차륜 브레이크 실린더와 마스터 실린더(HBZ)와의 사이에 접속된 ABS 멀티포트 방향 제어 밸브, ABS 기능으로 방압된 압력 매체량을 수용하기 위한 저장 용기, 저항용기에 수용된 압력 매체를 마스터 실린더로 귀환시키는 피드백 펌프(RFP)를 개의시키고 또한 이용함으로서 자동차의 구동된 차륜에 록디퍼렌샬 작용으로서 선택적인 브레이크 작용을 생기게 하는 형식인 것에 있어서, (1) 트랙션 스립 콘트롤 또는 등판 발진 보조 콘트롤을 발휘시키기 위해 운전자가 자동차를 발진시키기 전에 우선 브레이크를 작동시켜서 열린 ABS방향 제어 밸브 (15a,15b)를 거쳐서 브레이크압을 구동축의 차륜 실린더(13a,13b)에 공급하고, (2) 동시에 스위치 조작으로 마스터 실린더(18)와 차륜 브레이크 실린더와의 사이에서 ABS방향 제어밸브 앞에 접속된 ASR 전환 밸브(24)를 거쳐서 마스터 실린더로의 접속을 당초 공급된 브레이크압을 유지해서 중단하고, (3) 의도한 발진에 있어서 ABS 제어 밸브 (15a,15b)를 저장실 (17)로 브레이크압을 방압하기 위해 제어하고, (4) 차륜에 있어서 소정의 값을 초과하는 트랙션 슬립이 확인되면, 브레이크압을 발생시키기 위한 피드백 펌프(21)와 그 브레이크압으로 부하된 ABS 멀티포트 제어밸브 (15a,15b)를 ASR브레이크압 조정때문에 선택적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트객션 슬립 콘트롤 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소정의 자동차 속도 역시(VF. 40Km/h)를 초과했을때, ASR 전자 밸브 (24)를 차단하고 피드백 펌프(21)를 제어함으로서 저장실(17)에 보지된 압력 매체량을 마스터 실린더로 귀환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤 방법.
- 제 1 항에 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, ASR에 있어서 압력 매체의 연속하는 순환을 유지하고 또한 동시에 압력을 일정하게 보지하기 위해서, 피드백 펌프(21)에 의해서 압력 매체가 공급되는 마스터 브레이크 도관(14)을 ASR 전자 밸브(24)와 과압 역지 밸브(26)를 거쳐서 저장실(17)과 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차의 발진 과정을 검출하기 위해서 클러치 위치 및(또는) 가스 페달 조작을 검출해서 평가하고, ABS 멀티포트 제어밸브(15a,15b)를 제어하는 적당한 신호를 저장실(17)과 접속된 제3의 방압 위치로 전환하기 위해 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤 방법.
- 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤(ASR) 또는 등판 발진 보조 콘트롤 하는 장치이며, 스카드 콘트롤 시스템(ABS)에 소속하는 콤포넌트, 예컨대 차륜 브레이크 실린더와 마스터 실린더(HBZ)와의 사이에 접속된 ABS 멀티포트방향 제어밸브, ABS 기능으로 방압된 압력 매체량을 수용하기 위한 저장용기, 저장용기, 저장용기에 수용된 압력매체를 마스터 실린더로 귀환시키는 피드백 펌프를 개여시키고 또한 이용하므로서 자동차의 구동 차량의 구동된 차륜에 록디페렌샬 작용으로서 선택되는 브레이크 작용을 발생시키는 형식의 것을 있어서 운전자에 의해 수동 제어되는 ASR 전자 밸브(24)가 마스터 실린더(10)와 차륜 브레이크 실린더(13a,13b)와의 사이에서 ABS 제어 밸브(15a,15b)의 앞에 접속되고 잇으며, 마스터 실린더(10)로 통하는 마스터 브레이크 도관(14)이 과압역지 밸브(26)를 거쳐서 저장실(17)과 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤 장치.
- 제 5 에 있어서, ASR 전환 밸브(24)에 대해서 병렬로 차륜 브레이크 실린더로 향해서 열리는 역지 밸브가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 슬립 콘트롤 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
