인조모발용 폴리비닐 클로라이드 섬유 및 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 섬유의 H-형 단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 섬유의 아령(dumbbell)-형 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 테닐클로라이드로부터 유도된 반복단위 85~70중량%, 아크릴로니트릴로부터 유도된 반복단위 15~30중량% 및, 이들과 공중합할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화단량체로부터 유도된 반복단위 0~5중량%를 포함하는 공중합체로 구성되는 인조모발용 비닐클로라이드 기제 섬유.
  2. H형 단면을 가지고 가늘기가 40~70 데니어인, 인조모발용 비닐클로라이드 기제 섬유.
  3. 아령형 단면을 가지고 가늘기가 40~70 데니어인, 인조모발용 비닐클로라이드 섬유.
  4. 비닐 클로라이드로부터 유도된 반복단위 85~70중량%, 아클릴로니트릴로부터 유도된 반복단위 15~30중량% 및, 이들과 공중합할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 0~5중량%를 포함하는 공중합체를 용매에 용해하여 방사용액을 형성하고, 방사용액을 습식 또는 건식 방사법으로 방사시키고, 방사된 섬유를 건조 및 연신하고, 100~140℃ 온도의 건열 또는 80~110℃ 온도의 습열로써 섬유를 열처리하는 ; 단계들로 구성되는, 인조모방을 비닐클로라이드 기계 섬유의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 방사용액이 25~35중량%의 농도를 갖는 방법.
