제1도 내지 제3도는 본 발명 방법에 따른 실시예와 비교실시예에서 제조한 아크릴 파이버의 단면형태를 도시한 것이며,

Claims (6)

  1. 50중량%이상의 아크릴로 니트릴을 포함하는 아크릴 중합체로 구성되는 Y형 단면을 갖는 아크릴 파이버에 있어서, 이 Y형 단면이 완전한 세개의 직사각형으로 구성되며, 또 이들 각개 구성직사각형의 중앙부, 내측부 및 외측부의 굵기가 각각 d0,d1및 d2로 표시되는 경우, d1/d0및 d2/d0의 비율이 각각 0.95내지 1.05범위이내임을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면을 갖는 아크릴 파이버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이 Y형 단면을 구성하는 세개가지의 직사각형중 한개 가지이상이 긴변길이/짧은변길이 비율이 3:1 이상임을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면을 갖는 아크릴 파이퍼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 중합체가 48중량%까지의 비닐리덴 클로라이드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 Y형 단면을 갖는 아크릴 파이버.
  4. 50중량%이상의 아크릴로 니트릴을 함유하는 아크릴 중합체를 22 내지 30중량%농도로 용해시키고, 또 점도 200 내지 500포이즈를 갖는 유기용매용액을 스피닝 드래프트 1.1 내지 1.8로서 각각 완전한 3개 직사각형으로 구성된 Y형 단면을 갖는 방사구를 통해 유기용매와 물로 구성되는 응고액중 방출시키고, 또 이같이 해서 얻은 필라멘트를 세척한 후 연신시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 해서 완전한 3개의 직사각형으로 구성되는 Y형 단면을 갖고, 또 이 각개 구성직사각형의 중앙부, 내측부 및 외측부의 굵기가 각각 d0,d1및 d2로 표시하는 경우, d1/d0및 d2/d0의 비율이 각각 0.95내지 1.05범위이내인 아크릴 파이버를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 방사, 연신 및 세척처리한 응집체형태의 필라멘트의 함유된 수분을 이들 필라멘트를 건조단계를 이송하기 이전에 액체-제거 흡입공 또는 흡입슬릿을 구비한 직경 15 내지 30㎜의 가이드 로울러를 사용해서 제거함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 파이버의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 수직열(列)로 직선 정열되는 방사구 배열을 열이 바뀜에 따라 180도 회전시켜 배열시킴을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 파이버의 제조방법.
