Abstract
폴리벤자졸 중합체 도프는 비교적 아주 근접하여 오리피스밀도 cm2당 2이상의 오리피스를 갖는 방사구를 거쳐서 방사된다.
형성된 도프필라멘트는 그 다음 50 내지 100℃온도와 도프필라멘트의 온도를 균일하게 줄이는데 충분한 가스유량을 가지는 공기 캡을 거쳐서 통과된다.

Claims (10)
- 용제와 폴리벤조사졸, 폴리벤조티아졸 또는 그의 공중합체인 폴리벤자졸 중합체를 함유하는 액정도프로부터 하나이상의 필라멘트로 구성되는 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 (1)복수의 오리피스를 포함하며, 방사구의 오리피스 밀도가 적어도 cm2당 2.0인 방사구를 거처서 100℃이상 온도로 도프를 방사하여 복수의 도프필라멘트가 형성되는 단계; (2) 50℃ 내지 100℃온도의 가스를 포함하며, 도프필라멘트의 온도를 균일하게 줄이는데 충분한 속도로 공기 갭을 거쳐서 가스가 흐르는 공기 갭을 가조질러 도프 필라멘트를 연신시키는 단계;와 (3)용제가 필라멘트로부터 제거되도록 연신된 도프필라멘트를 세정유체와 접촉시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 섬유의 고속 방사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 상기 세정유체가 접속되기 전, 접촉되는 동안 또한 접촉된 후에 하나 또는 그 이상의 섬유로 결합되는 것을 폴리벤자졸 섬유의 고속방사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기 갭에서의 가스의 유량이 적어도 0.02m/sec인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 섬유의 고속방사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기 갭에서의 가스의 유량이 적어도 0.05-m/sec인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 섬유의 고속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기 갭에서의 가스의 유량이 적어도 0.1-m/sec인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 섬유의 고속방법.
- 특청구의 범위 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 필라멘트.
- 특정청구의 범위 제1항의 방법을 통해 얻은 약 21㎛이하의 평균 필라멘트 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 필라멘트.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 방법을 통해 얻은 약 18㎛이하의 평균 필라멘트 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 필라멘트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리벤자졸이 폴리벤조사졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 필라멘트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리벤자졸이 폴리벤조사졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤자졸 필라멘트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
