Claims (10)
- (a) 0 내지 95중량% 이고 그중의 5중량% 이상이 평균직경 6미크론 이상인 유리섬유; (b) 0 내지 95중량%의 유기섬유; 및 (c) 5 내지 90중량%의 열가소성 결합재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 상기 유리섬유 10 내지 90중량%; (b) 상기 유기섬유 10 내지 90중량%; (c) 상기 열가소성 결합재 15 내지 90중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유의 40중량% 이상이 10미크론 이상의 평균섬유직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기섬유가 1.1 내지 20.2 데니어의 편균직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기섬유가 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 아크릴 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 중합체 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합재가 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스가 에틸렌―비닐아세테이트―염화비닐 터어폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트.
- (a) (i) 6미크론 이상의 평균섬유직경이 5중량% 이상인 유리섬유; 및 (ii) 유기섬유; 및 (iii) 그의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 섬유를 함께 혼합시키는 단계, (b) 얻어진 섬유혼합물을 수집하는 단계, (c) 상기 섬유혼합물과, 섬유 및 결합재의 전체중량을 기준으로 5 내지 90중량%의 열가소성 결합재를 결합시키는 단계, (d) 얻어진 섬유 및 열가소성 결합재의 결합체를 건조시키는 단계, 로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 섬유질 매트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 결합재가 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스가 에틸렌―비닐아세테이트―염화비닐 터어폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
