Claims (1)
- 방사 매질로서 초과열된 증기를 사용하여 폴리우레탄 탄성 중합체 섬유를 건식 방사법으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, NCO초기 중합체를 디아민으로 연쇄 연장시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄-우레아 탄성 중합체를 100℃이상의 뜨거운 방사구금을 통하여 노즐내의 100℃이상, 바람직하게는 105내지 125℃의 방사용액 온도에서 디메틸포롬아미드 또는 (바람직하게는) 디메틸아세트아미드중의 이의 용액으로부터 160℃이상, 바람직하게는 160 내지 238℃의 침니 벽 온도에서 가열된 방사 침니로 방사하고(당해 과정 도중에, 침니 직경은 28㎝이하이고, 250℃이상, 바람직하게는 275내지 400℃, 특히 280 내지 325℃의 초과열된 증기량은 적어도 20㎏/h, 바람직하게는 25내지 50㎏/h, 특히 바람직하게는 30내지 45㎏/h이며 침니 단면적의 비율H, 바람직하게는 0.1H 내지 0.8H, 특히 0.2내지 0.6H에 의해 증가되는 적절한 양의 증기가 뜨거운 방사매질로서 도입되는 경우에는 침니 직경은 더 크다). 방사 침니의 말단에서 방사 매질과 방사용매를 회수단계로 공급하고, 침니로부터의 사의 권취속도를 적어도 250m/min, 바람직하게는 적어도 400m/min으로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
