Abstract

静電爆発を用いてナノファイバを製造するナノファイバ製造装置において、引火性のある溶剤を使用しても爆発のおそれの低い製造装置を提供する。 ナノファイバ(200)の原料となる原料液(200)が静電爆発することによりナノファイバ(200)が製造される製造空間中に原料液(200)を噴射する噴射手段(110)と、前記原料液(200)を帯電させる帯電手段とを備えるナノファイバ製造装置(101)であって、原料液(200)が噴射される製造空間を低酸素雰囲気にする安全ガスを供給するガス供給源(103)と、外空間の雰囲気よりも製造空間を低酸素雰囲気に維持するための隔壁(102)とを備える。
