Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の繊維集合体の製造方法は、樹脂を溶媒に溶解させた紡糸原液を用い、静電紡糸法により紡糸した繊維を直接集積させて繊維集合体を製造する方法において、紡糸原液の溶媒として水への溶解性が100g/100ml以上のものを主体として用いるとともに、静電紡糸法による紡糸空間を相対湿度40%以下の所定の相対湿度、かつ前記所定の相対湿度の±2%の相対湿度に維持した状態で実施する方法である。前記静電紡糸法による紡糸空間を取り囲むように閉鎖的空間とするとともに、前記所定の相対湿度の気体を一定風量で前記閉鎖的空間へ供給するのが好ましい。

Description
重量平均分子量42万のポリアクリロニトリルを、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに濃度10mass%となるように溶解させた紡糸原液(粘度:930mPa・s)を用意した。
実施例の気体供給装置7に替えて、送風機を用いて空気を200L/分で供給(風量の変化率:±5%以下)するとともに排気口から出てくる気体を排気ファン8で排気したこと以外は、実施例と全く同様にして繊維集合体を製造した。なお、直方体紡糸容器6内、つまり紡糸空間5における相対湿度は28.8〜37.5%で、相対湿度は後半のほうが低くなるように変動した。

Claims (3)
- 樹脂を溶媒に溶解させた紡糸原液を用い、静電紡糸法により紡糸した繊維を直接集積させて繊維集合体を製造する方法において、紡糸原液の溶媒として水への溶解性が100g/100ml以上のものを主体として用いるとともに、静電紡糸法による紡糸空間を相対湿度40%以下の所定の相対湿度、かつ前記所定の相対湿度の±2%の相対湿度に維持した状態で実施することを特徴とする、繊維集合体の製造方法。
- 前記紡糸原液の主体とする溶媒が、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド、N−メチル−2−ピロリドンの中から選ばれる溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の繊維集合体の製造方法。
- 前記静電紡糸法による紡糸空間を取り囲むように閉鎖的空間とするとともに、前記所定の相対湿度の気体を一定風量で前記閉鎖的空間へ供給することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載の繊維集合体の製造方法。
