Description
重量平均分子量42万のポリアクリロニトリルを、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに濃度10mass%となるように溶解させた紡糸原液(粘度:930mPa・s)を用意した。
調湿機7の水槽11への補充手段としてのパイプ14が水槽11の底面に位置し、パイプ14が水面方向に伸びており、パイプ14の一部が水中に埋没した領域を有し、パイプ14の先端に吐出部を有しており、水面15の方向に水を吐出できるものを使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、繊維ウエブ、つまり不織布を製造した。この不織布(繊維ウエブ)の製造に際しては、毛羽立ちや液滴を発生させることなく、安定して繊維ウエブを製造することができた。
調湿機7の水槽11として、開口部が0.15m2、貯留容積が0.01m3の水槽を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と全く同様にして不織布(繊維ウエブ)を製造した。この不織布の算術平均繊維径を実施例1と同様に計測したところ、0.30μmで、CV値が4.7%の繊維径のばらついたものであった。また、この不織布の算術平均孔径を実施例1と同様に計測したところ1.92μmで、CV値が3.06%のばらつきの大きいものであった。

Claims (1)
- 密閉空間内で静電紡糸法により紡糸した繊維を集積して繊維ウエブを形成し、この繊維ウエブをもとに不織布を製造する方法であり、調湿機により前記密閉空間内における湿度を調整した状態で繊維ウエブを形成し、不織布を製造する方法において、
前記調湿機が加湿機を備えており、
前記加湿機は水を貯留できる水槽、水槽中の水面を加熱できる加熱手段、及び消費した水を補充できる補充手段とを備えており、前記補充手段による水の補充間隔における水面の温度の変動幅を5℃以内とすることができ、しかも前記補充手段が水源と接続され、水中に埋没した領域を有するパイプからなり、前記パイプは水中に水を吐出できる吐出部を有し、この吐出部からの水の吐出方向が水面と平行方向であるか、水面から遠ざかる方向であり、かつ前記補充手段から加熱水を供給することを特徴とする、不織布の製造方法。
